We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing a delay with your order. On AliExpress, you can track your order by going to "My Orders", then select the order in question, and click "Track Order". This allows you to see the estimated delivery date as well as where your package is currently located. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order, you can open a dispute with the seller for a refund or a reshipment. This can be done by clicking on "Open Dispute" within the order details page.
