I’ve been using Booking.com since at least ****. I kept getting messages about rewards but every time I try to get one for my next booking, it always says I will receive an email for confirmation. However, I’ve NEVER received one of those emails, even in junk mail or spam. It’s very frustrating because I’ve missed out on so many. I’m about ready to try another company.
