I have no data on my phone. Previously had * lives in family plan had to suspend * lines if service for * month then my account should have went back to normal as it's been basically since **** but instead I'm now still at * lines, my fianc* lost his phone *, and all a sudden I'm at **.* of ** with my data which was and should still be unlimited. I've been a loyal customer for approximately ** years but i am seriously checking into other companies to switch to unless this can be resolved. Also I work nights please do nor refer me to calling customer support during "normal business hours" not everyone operates their life on that schedule. Thank you.
