Return flight from Amsterdam on July **,**** was canceled. We were NOT notified. This resulted in our having to stay in a room at the airport. We arrived on KLM flight **** from Budapest to Amsterdam. We were supposed to be on flight ****, booking number *A**YK.* We cannot be refunded the cost of the room until we know why the flight was cancelled. I would like to add that at the time I was positive for Covid and that we are ** years old, and had no idea how we were going to get a return flight to aft. Myers. KLM employees told us to use the kiosk in the airport, however they were all out of order. This was a terrible experience for us. Fortunately a KLM rep noticed that we were premium economy class. She then sent us up to the KLM lounge where it took three agents over three hours to find a way for us to return the next day.
