It's important to make sure whether the transaction has proceeded correctly or not. Check your Udemy purchases in your account, under "My Courses". If you don't see any new courses there corresponding to your payment, contact Udemy's support team immediately. They will assist you with checking the transaction and ensuring your money is correctly applied toward the course you desire to take.

In case you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot password" on the login page and you'll receive an email with password reset instructions. For enhanced security, regularly updating your password is recommended.

If you have a Udemy Pro subscription, you can apply to courses covered by the subscription without any individual course fees. After logging into your account, you can navigate directly to the course overview page. There will be an option "Start Learning Now," click on it and you will be enrolled in your chosen course right away. Please note, your subscription only covers courses within the subscription, not all courses on Udemy's platform. Any courses outside your subscription would need to be purchased separately.
