Our meter was last read through *******. It has not been read since. Acct ******-*****. The power is on. I spoke to a representative *****…was told I hear back in * days. Nothing. Today on hold for ** minutes (told would be *), hung up.

GetHuman-vdeems did not yet indicate what Florida Power & Light should do to make this right.
