I keep getting emails from metrics bank to activate a new card because they are switching from visa to Mastercard. My current card will be deactivated soon. The emails say I have received the new card but I haven’t. I was on hold for over an hour today but never got to talk to anyone. And the recording said someone would be with me in ** minutes. Very annoyed right now
