I'm experiencing an issue with an online purchase. I paid $[redacted] for gloves that I never received. I reached out to the seller multiple times after the expected delivery date passed, but they did not respond promptly. They advised me to contact FedEx, who in turn required the seller to reach out. Despite informing the seller of this, they insisted that I should be the one to contact FedEx. Subsequently, I lodged a claim with eBay this morning. However, I received an email a few hours ago stating that I would not be refunded. Despite contacting eBay earlier, I was given a vague response indicating that I could only file a claim from October 13 onwards, prompting me to file one today. The lack of assistance from both the seller and eBay is unjust. I purchased the gloves to care for my 96-year-old father, making this situation even more distressing. I'm seeking either a refund or the gloves I ordered.

I would like assistance regarding an item I purchased from the seller dqupgrade. After it arrived defective, I left negative feedback and tried to communicate with the seller, but there was no response. The seller later messaged me saying they did reply and offered to send a replacement if needed. I requested a replacement, but it has not been sent, and the negative feedback has disappeared. I am now unable to contact the seller. If the replacement is not sent promptly, I want my feedback reinstated. I ordered a MANUAL transmission for my [redacted] VW Jetta TDI over 5 months ago. Instead, I received an Automatic transmission for a 2.0 after 52 days. Attempts to contact the seller have been unsuccessful. After returning the wrong transmission, I placed another order from a different company, only to receive the same incorrect 2.0 Automatic transmission. Now, my mechanic insists that I move the car due to storage fees. It's frustrating that I cannot reach the seller and that EBAY has deactivated customer service. I purchased a car starter from Foreverun Auto. However, when it arrived on 10/04/[redacted], the package was empty with the bottom open. I reached out to eBay, but they denied a refund since the seller claimed it was delivered. I had to travel, so when the seller requested pictures of the box, I wasn't able to provide them right away. After sending the pictures upon my return, the seller said they would resend the starter. Despite asking them to secure the box properly, the replacement package also arrived empty on 10/16/[redacted], with the bottom open again. I have tried contacting the seller with no response. I am now seeking a refund to purchase the item elsewhere. Thank you.

I had an issue with the eBay process. My first order was a $12.30 touchscreen for a tablet from China, but I received the wrong item twice. Even though the seller agreed to refund me, I had to return the items at my own cost using a UPS label, which cost $[redacted].00 to ship back to China. eBay directed me to the seller for the refund process. I ended up having to eat the cost of the return shipping, leaving me with two useless items. In the end, I ordered the same item from AliExpress and received the correct part, bypassing eBay's unhelpful resolution process.

Hello, I need assistance with the recurring issue I am facing with deliveries from Hermes. The delivery person repeatedly fails to attempt delivery, marking items undelivered and eventually sending them back to the seller. Although I am refunded the postage costs, this situation makes me hesitant to make new purchases. I have tried to contact Hermes to complain, but it has been challenging. My upstairs neighbor faces the same problem and switched to Amazon, but I prefer eBay. My eBay account is "patrickoki," and I reside at 11 Creagah Road, Belfast, BT6 8PX. Despite my efforts to resolve this independently, it seems insignificant to them. I believe if a bigger company like yours intervenes, they may take the matter more seriously. I have reached out to the sellers regarding a few issues. Despite the delivery status showing as delivered for item #[redacted] (red wallet) and item #[redacted]44 (red purse), I have not received them. Even after confirming my address, the packages are still missing. Additionally, the Leather purse I bought under item #[redacted]1 turned out to be fake, and the seller did not provide any explanation for this. The extended delivery dates from China have made it difficult to file a claim, and now my account has been unexpectedly frozen. With a history of [redacted] positive reviews, zero negative reviews, and being a member since [redacted], I am concerned about the sudden account closure.

I ordered item #[redacted]-[redacted] from seller [redacted] on October 6th, which was the [redacted] mini series "The French Revolution." However, to my surprise, the DVD arrived on October 15 in French instead of English. Despite the seller being located in Toronto and my clear indication of wanting it in English or at least having that option, the seller refused either an exchange or refund. The seller incorrectly stated that the DVD was a French documentary with English subtitles and claimed it was only released in French, which I know is untrue as I watched it in English on TV. I requested a refund as the French version serves me no purpose. Another seller online not only offers the series in English but also at a lower price. I believe my refund request is valid given the circumstances. I typically only order through Amazon or Ebay for safety, and I hope Ebay provides similar protection as Amazon. Thank you, Laura B.

No specific reason was provided for this suspension, which occurred before any sales were made. We are not operational yet and have not conducted any sales. Unfortunately, my printer is broken, and as an amputee on Medicaid without regular caregiver support due to a shortage caused by vaccination mandates for aides, I am struggling to print the return label. On Tuesday morning, I made three purchases. However, when I tried to make another purchase on eBay, my credit card was not accepted. Despite having enough funds and the correct data, my card was rejected. To worsen the situation, eBay blocked my account. Even using other cards to pay for my orders was impossible. The phone numbers provided by eBay were unresponsive, claiming they were no longer in service due to long wait times. I urgently need to unlock my account for essential purchases. eBay's service has been extremely poor, without any explanation for blocking my account. I can be reached at [redacted]1 or [redacted] I sincerely hope someone addresses this matter promptly. Due to this unjustified treatment, I may have to resort to reporting this issue on social media.

I recently ordered a Dell UltraSharp 22-inch monitor with a power cable. After receiving a monitor as a gift, I reached out to the seller to cancel my order. Even though I refused the delivery on October 18th, the monitor was still delivered to my home. I promptly returned it to FedEx on Lexington St. in Waltham, MA, as it originated from Warren, MI. Unfortunately, the tracking number was removed from the eBay page, but I paid $83.00 for it and would like a refund. I haven't received any communication from the seller, possibly named "Up Store."
