Earlier this evening I made several*attempts to place two items on smart*pay, for some reason the computer*referred to my Visa Card as a prepaid*account which it isn't. I then contacted *customer service, the representative I*spoke with said that she wasn't able to*help me and insisted that I pay for it the regular way if I wanted the items. I have*been a Zulily customer for several years*and have always used my Visa card, for*the first time since shopping with Zulily * I had poor Customer Service, because of*the issue I will lose the items in my cart.*please assist me asap. I discovered that my Chase card was no longer in the system, so I updated my *card which had a new expiration date and was able to use smart pay. The Customer*Service Rep could have solved the problem had she taken the time to check.
