I have emailed and called so many times about this the last couple days . I rented a car from you people and had an emergency the car was late getting back and I am unable to open the car . Your road side assistance people said they would send someone out to retrieve the car and no one has . The car is still in front of my place and no one will notify me what’s going on . This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company . Please come pick up this car! I won’t it gone . Also I want the number to your corp office please . My account is probably so messed up cuz of this bs . Your people need to learn how to keep customers updated . The car still is sitting in front of *** Oxford circle Hampton ga ***** the car was rented under Don Miller ********** if I was unable to unlock it I would drive it back to the location however I can’t gain access to it and no one will tell me what to do .
