I own two properties, and both listings contain inaccurate details, such as incorrect square footage and images. The properties in question are located at [redacted] Laurel Oaks Lane, Milton, GA [redacted], and 33 C Street, Panama City Beach, FL [redacted]. In Milton, the house actually has 6 bedrooms, not 4 as listed. On 33 C Street, the listing is also incorrect. The house has 6 bedrooms, the square footage is inaccurate, and the images are incorrect. I'd like to sell my house on Zillow as a "for sale by owner." I submitted the information through Zillow's app, but I need to adjust the price. I initially listed it at $296k, which is above the Zestimate of $292k. I now want to lower the price to $269k to speed up the sale. The property at [redacted] W. Redfield Road has a black dog in the backyard, but it seems that the tenants have not moved in yet. The dog has been barking consistently yesterday and today. I went over at 10:15 pm to knock on the door, but no one responded. It is concerning that the dog is left outside in 45-degree weather all night. There hasn't been any sign of the residents moving in; if they are there, please ask them to attend to their dog. Leaving the dog outside in such conditions is inhumane and is disturbing the neighbors' sleep.

I recently claimed ownership of a property I purchased and received a notice. When checking my Saved property history on Zillow, I encountered a notification asking me to verify that I am a human, but the screen is blank. Consequently, I am unable to proceed as there are no options visible to confirm my identity as a human or complete any verification test. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue with Zillow's blank verification screen.

I am facing a problem that I need assistance with concerning a property at [redacted] Watercourse Way, Lawrenceville, GA [redacted]. The main issue is that we entered into a contract without receiving any disclosures, and they were only sent after the binding date. Throughout our visits, inspections, appraisals, and even the Zillow listing, all appliances including the washer and dryer were present at the property. However, after the property was listed on the MLS, the washer and dryer were removed without notifying or asking the buyer, which I find to be unethical. I believe it is important for Zillow to address this situation by either replacing or compensating the buyer for the missing appliances. This matter must be resolved before the closing date of 02-04-[redacted]. Thank you.

I've been attempting to get my property at [redacted] N Kingshighway, Sikeston, MO, [redacted] for over a week. Gia has requested proof of ownership via email, but she didn't provide an address to send it to. The property is under my corporation, and I own all the shares. I've gathered the necessary paperwork bearing my signature. I'm uncertain which document to send. I need to speak with someone urgently to ensure the listing is up by today. I've been corresponding with Gia for a week, and despite providing ownership proof, the listing isn't live. Gia assured me it would be posted promptly upon receipt of the documents. I'm now 8 days late. I'm ready to send the evidence, but I need guidance on where and how to send it. I want this FSBO listing online by the end of the day.

They mention that this can happen when the MLS provider is not sharing data or if there is a delay in updating listings. However, they do not offer a specific solution when a listing is active on the MLS and syndicated with other websites but remains inactive on Zillow. It's worth noting that the listing is visible on Realtor.com, Redfin, and other sites, but not on Zillow.

I recently listed my home on Zillow as a FSBO three days ago. However, I have been experiencing issues with my listing not showing up unless I search for the exact address. When I search my town, I encounter several problems: 1. It shows "0" FSBO listings in the "OTHER" tab. 2. It displays 2 FSBO listings, but neither is mine. 3. It lists 5 FSBO listings, and I can see mine, but when I click on it, it shows an error message. 4. It shows 5 FSBO listings, but clicking on the "OTHER" tab does not do anything; it remains on agent listings. This situation is frustrating, especially since most of the views and calls I receive are from out-of-state individuals. I even organized an open house where no one attended. I have tried different browsers and devices, but the problem persists. I urgently need to resolve this issue as it is impacting the visibility of my listing. Thank you for any assistance.

I'm facing a major issue with my home's Zestimate on Zillow. My house is listed at $[redacted],[redacted], but it's valued at $[redacted],[redacted] on the platform. There are properties in my neighborhood, like the pending sale at $1.19 million or the recently appraised one at $[redacted],[redacted], that are smaller with fewer features than mine but have higher estimates. Despite my larger living space, bigger lot, extensive landscaping worth $[redacted],[redacted], and a more substantial seawall, my Zestimate remains significantly lower. The neighboring house that sold for $[redacted],[redacted] was a teardown, impacting my estimate. Given the current market conditions with multi-million dollar homes, my Zestimate should realistically be closer to $[redacted],[redacted]. It's frustrating when potential buyers see this lower valuation and question my asking price. I need assistance in rectifying this discrepancy to reflect the true value of my home accurately.

I need to cancel my Zillow account due to relocating and no longer requiring the rent payment service. Despite attempts through the app and website, I am unable to cancel the account and erase my data. I have had issues with Zillow deducting rent payments from my bank account even after deactivating autopay. It is crucial to close my account entirely to stop future rent payments and ensure my sensitive bank details are removed. I have raised two tickets with Zillow and requested data deletion, but my data deletion request was rejected based on ongoing rent payments. I wish to avoid being charged for July rent and need my account terminated promptly along with my data erased. Zillow's customer service procedure is frustrating as I am unable to reach a representative and the denial of my data deletion request is concerning.

I am a realtor with over 30 years of experience at Sotheby's. I am currently selling my own home and recently had it appraised for $2.1 million. Despite providing comparables and the appraisal, the Zestimate for my property at 84 Hobson Street, Stamford, CT [redacted] is $[redacted],[redacted] less than its actual value, impacting its marketability. I believe, as a Co-conspirator Broker, I may have the ability to address this issue. However, after attempting to resolve this for over 50 days, I have only received generic responses. I urge for immediate assistance in rectifying this situation.

I recently rented a property at [redacted] Gulf Watch Ct from Tracy Smaldino and encountered numerous issues. The house has black mold from water leaks stemming from non-permitted work, which the neighbors informed me about. The property was left in a dirty state and requires painting. Various plumbing problems exist, including a leaking bath tub fixture and an uneven shower causing water to accumulate. Tracy claimed the work was permitted, but the county is disputing this. Additionally, she overcharged me and mishandled the contract. I have sought legal representation as she has a sum of nearly $[redacted] of mine. I have documented evidence, including photos and videos, which the county will review soon. I prefer a phone call for further discussion as the property does not meet code standards.

I want to add our company's 4-plex property at [redacted] Sycamore Ave, Huntsville, TX [redacted] on Zillow for two purposes: 1. Include it in "My Homes" to monitor its value for potential sale. 2. List each of the 4 units for rent. Encountering difficulties as the address is not recognized in the database and there is no visible marker on the aerial map view on Zillow.

We noticed that our rental property was mistakenly listed for sale on Zillow for $6k instead of being listed as a rental. This error has caused it to not show up correctly in the rental search, impacting our ability to find tenants quickly for the off-season. The property is accurately listed on MLS by our agent, Heather D. from Berkshire Hathaway on Onehome. Despite our efforts over the past two weeks to correct this with Zillow and numerous attempts by our agent Heather D., the issue remains unresolved. The property address is [redacted] Hwy A1A, #11, Vero Beach, FL [redacted], in Indian River Shores. We urgently request Zillow to update the listing to reflect that the property is for rent and appreciate any assistance in getting this matter resolved promptly.

I used to work for Kris Lindahl Real Estate, and my original Zillow Premier Agent profile was connected to my email through that brokerage. In March, I switched to Northstar Real Estate Associates, and my previous broker deactivated my Kris Lindahl Real Estate email, which was my login email. Now, I am locked out of my account because my recovery email is no longer active. Before being locked out, I managed to update some parts of my profile on the original account. However, when I attempted to change my login details, it logged me out and prevented reentry. I have licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Since Zillow has not verified my new Wisconsin license after weeks, I created a new account under that license. Despite reaching out to Zillow about this problem months ago, I have not received any response. I am seeking assistance to deactivate my original account.

I received an email from Zillow regarding a rental, but the website indicates it's not for rent. The contact person's responses seem suspicious. "I received your information about the rental property on Figueroa St in Santa Barbara. The email states that all utilities and parking are included. Can you confirm this? Also, does the rental include a garage for one car? I'm interested in viewing the property once the current tenant moves out. Please let me know when that would be possible. Thank you." Additional parking is available on the street for $15. Various amenities such as central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen are provided. I reside in the esteemed Blackhawk Country Club in Danville, CA at [redacted] Red Maple Dr. I noticed that Zillow has listed my property with a zestimate of $1,[redacted],[redacted], while the neighboring house at [redacted] Red Maple Dr is valued at over $2.4 million, despite them being the same size. Our home has undergone a major remodel costing over half a million dollars with new kitchen, bathrooms, front yard, and backyard upgrades. We have our home listed for sale at $2,[redacted],[redacted], and a smaller house behind us just sold for over $2.7 million. It's important to note that no homes of this size in our neighborhood have sold for less than $2 million. I previously raised this issue with Zillow, and they corrected it, yet another algorithm error has reverted the zestimate back to $1.9 million. I feel this could be seen as market manipulation, which poses a legal risk for Zillow. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In September [redacted], Zillow bought my house at [redacted] Pecos Circle in New Braunfels, TX [redacted]. During the inspection for the estimated purchase price, I had a pile of pallets, fencing, firewood, and a shed in my backyard, which the inspector noted for deductions. Despite removing all items as requested, I have not yet received the reimbursement promised. I have been in contact with Tony Tran but have not seen a resolution to this issue. Despite leaving numerous voicemails, I have not received a response. I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved promptly and that I will receive the money owed to me for the expenses incurred in removing those items as per the agreement.
