The issue in GetHuman-slharper's own words
I recently bought a dress from yourselves, around * months ago but only just got around to wearing it last weekend.*It was so beautiful I didn’t want to wear it to just anywhere so I saved it for something special. While I was wearing the dress I reached into the back seat of my car and suddenly a large rip happened halfway up the bodice below the arm. **I just wanted to contact you to let you know how upset I was by the incident. I do expect when I buy something it should last more than one wear and have the ability to allow me to perform simple tasks like reaching into the back of my car. I just wanted to contact you to let you know that I do expect more from Zara then a low end high street shop but the fact that the dress was made in either such a poor way or with poor quality materials has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I just wanted to let you know about my experience so that in future I hope you will do all you can to provide a higher quality piece of clothing that most people would associate ZARA with. *I then contacted your customer service and yet no means or recommence were given even though I gave the woman my order ref (*****************) and order number (*********). I think it’s only right that, as it was the first time I’d worn the dress, it wasn’t the wrong size, and it wasn’t exactly a move I would consider that should be able to rip a dress in such I way I would appreciate being reimbursed for the hassle. Obviously if he dress was still in stock I would ask for it to be replaced but unfortunately it isn’t.
