Hi I have been continuously following the mails but still Zara people haven’t approached me foe anything still waiting

I want to get it exchange ... Hi I have got collected one jeans from my staff but unfortunately that was not of my size the bill is misplaced the very next day I called Zara people ambience mall but they refused me to take it without the bill and then I mailed on so many times on C*****@***.com they even asked me for the product details and pictures I sent them every thing but they did not give me any reply so pls find the details and reply me soon it’s such a big company but never thought them as cheats

They r not realizing that product is as it is they just need to reissue the bill

I want exchange the product with whatever I find it in their store of my use
