Yodel had a parcel to deliver from Samsuns Network Technology which was delivered to another address and name but not mine. *Tracking no JJD****************. Not your fault someone had deliberately changed delivery details but I had paid via PayPal. PayPal need proof of delivery from yourselves to help me get my refund for item not received. I spoke to a member of your staff some weeks ago who would not give me the name and address of the person who received the parcel from Yodel. The seller had told Pay Pal item had been delivered. Unfortunately to the wrong person at wrong address. Please help me with details in writing that I can pass to PayPal to stop this scam and get my money back. Delivery name and address and date with time is all I need.
