Yodel obviously have rogue drivers. The thing is Yodel support them making the problem even worse. I don't like Yodel as a courier service anymore they can't be trusted and I dread online shopping when they are the carriers. My last dealings with Yodel only the other day even with consulting with there driver saying that my order was delivered safely and placed inside the front porch without any attempt to gaining authorisation of delivery from client. I don't have a front porch? (made up excuse on behalf of driver)*Thankfully talking to the sender they sent a replacement order via a different courier and I have received it safely. This is the second time now I have had these issues with Yodel, how come you are still able to operate with these massive negatives. The fact that you side against the complainant is creating bad feelings, I hope you start to act and respond seriously towards your operating procedures and drivers.
