Tracking originally said parcel to be delivered Wednesday. On Wednesday it was updated to "collect from depot from Thursday". Then on Thursday it was updated again to say available "from Friday". Today is Friday and tracking details now say it's available to collect "from Saturday". I want to know why it keeps being changed and pushed back, but Webchat is permanently busy on their website and wont connect. Tried calling Customer Services and was disconnected.

I called the customer service line again, went through the automatic options pretending I didn't have a tracking number etc and it put me through to someone. I called at *am when the line opened. Customer Service Assistant was very apologetic and called the depot direct to chase up and get it delivered the next day (Saturday).
