I received an email from yodel to say my parcel had been delivered but I had not received it. I used the number you provided for the delivery driver, who explained that My parcel was attempted to be delivered to my old address (**pound Lane epsom) where it was refused.*I understand this is My fault as I must Have not changed the delivery address to my new address. He explained that it had been returned to Mitcham depot?
