I purchased a Frilled-Edge Textured Summer Cardigan in Pink and a Split-Neck Floral Chiffon Dress also in Pink. However, the dress is defective as it does not have the top lining. The shipment was delayed, taking 17 to 18 days instead of the promised 7 to 14 days. Interestingly, after receiving the items, I noticed both are now on sale. I plan to return the faulty dress and keep the cardigan, but I'd like a refund of approximately $7 to reflect the new sale price. Please advise promptly so I can initiate the return process. Hello! I ordered on August 13th, and upon requesting the correct billing information, I used my father's credit card as I am currently studying in Australia. However, after requesting the correct billing address, they have not responded despite my prompt reply to their email. Sending monthly statements via fax does not seem secure to me. I am eager to resolve this issue swiftly as the order is still on hold, causing frustration for both my father and me. The purchase was intended as a gift, and YesStyle's delay is prolonging the process. I am looking for a quick resolution and faster processing, especially since the credit card has already been charged, contrary to YesStyle's claim that it would only happen during the processing stage. They are holding my money while keeping my items on hold.

Order Number: [redacted]9 Email on Account: [redacted] I requested an exchange for 3 products to change the sizes. I reached out via email on the 11th when I received the products, but I have not received any response from Yesstyle yet. Despite my attempts to contact them about returning the items, an RMA has already been issued. I have called them over 10 times without success. It's frustrating not being able to reach them. I hope to hear from them soon. Thank you.

I experienced significant delays in receiving my order. The customer service responses were brief and unhelpful whenever I inquired about the delivery time. Despite being given a range of 5-14 days, as the final date approached, I sought a specific delivery date with no success. Upon realizing that the order was marked as delivered a month ago on the carrier's website without actually receiving it, I believe it's essential to locate the missing package. The item is vital to someone in significant physical distress, and the lack of receipt and necessity of a signature complicates the situation. I have checked with all neighbors, but the package remains unaccounted for. At this point, time is critical, and I am concerned about the package's whereabouts and the urgency given the circumstances.

I placed an order on 10/18 and got a shipping notification on 10/30. However, I have not received a tracking number yet, even though it's been over a week since the supposed shipment. I reached out to customer service on 11/6, but they couldn't provide any information. My friend, who ordered a week later, already got her tracking number and received her items. I'm frustrated not knowing where my package is, especially after spending a significant amount of money on this order. All I want is a tracking number to locate my package.

I ordered two items from Yesstyle on November 2nd, but I have yet to receive them. The estimated shipping date was November 16th. Today, I received a tracking number, but the parcel is not registered with Canada Post. I need the items for an event on November 17th. If they cannot arrive on time, I request a refund. Hello, I received a notification in my Gmail during my lunch break at work regarding the delivery of my order. I arrived home at 6:45 PM after a long 12-hour shift and couldn't find the package in the mailbox or on the front step. I even checked the back door with no luck. I called my roommate, but she hadn't seen any mail either. Unfortunately, there have been reports of mail theft in our apartment complex lately. I asked my neighbor if they had seen anything, but they had not. The community here is such that you need to collect your deliveries quickly to prevent them from being taken. Hello, I would like to report an issue with order [redacted]7. Upon visiting the post office, they suggested that the package may have been placed in the incorrect mailbox by the mailman and potentially taken by a neighbor. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to locate the package and the authorities are not able to assist. The postal office recommended that the company file a claim for the wrong delivery. Although the status shows as "delivered," I can assure you that I have not received the items. Kindly consider resending the items or issuing a refund as I have been eagerly awaiting my products and this situation was out of my control. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.

Hello, this is Lianne Volkmar. I placed an order on March 26th for clothes and shoes that were showing as available on the website. I was eagerly awaiting my order, but on April 24th, I received an email stating that one of the items is not available. It was disappointing to find out at the last minute. I usually have a good experience with your service, but this situation made me reconsider ordering from you in the future. I suggest improving communication to inform customers earlier about any out-of-stock items. It would be appreciated if I could receive a phone call or some form of compensation, like a discount on my next purchase. I just realized that the pair of jeans (catalog number: [redacted]) I ordered, the two-tone straight cut cropped jeans in size L, won't fit me. Despite reading many reviews, one customer's feedback made me rethink my choice. I live in Australia, and making a mistake with sizing would be a nightmare. I placed an order and patiently waited for it. I checked the tracking information every day since the 22nd, and it only showed that the shipping label was created. I waited until the 27th without checking and today, the 28th, I finally got an update that they tried to deliver on the 27th but missed me. I was home the whole day, so it's frustrating. They claim to have sent an email, but I never received any notification. I tried finding a phone number to contact them, but there doesn't seem to be one available for UK customers. I want my delivery promptly; it's been 11 days since I made the order and they have already charged me. If they need a different address, I can provide one, but I need my package soon.

Hello, I recently ordered an Innisfree limited edition lip balm, and unfortunately, it was sent to an address with a soon-to-be-closed PO Box. The order status shows it has been delivered, but I have not received it. The person at that address also mentioned they have not seen the package, and it might be returned to the company. I have already paid for the item and really want to receive it, so I need to update the delivery address.

Hello! I recently made a purchase on your website and I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of my package. However, I have noticed that my tracking number consists of 11 digits only without any letters. In my previous orders, the tracking numbers typically started with LD, followed by 9 numbers, and ended with HK. It has been 8 days since I placed my order on 05/06/19 for items that are supposed to ship within 24 hours. The package was marked as shipped the next day. Nevertheless, upon checking the tracking link provided (the orange cube labeled 'Track'), I encountered the message "Tracking info is not available at the moment." I'm from the Philippines and I placed an order with YesStyle on May 4, [redacted]. My order number is [redacted]5. This was my first time ordering from them. I received an email stating that my order was expected to ship out on May 21. I checked the site for updates and on May 20, it was shipped via courier LBCexpress with the shipment number [redacted]2. The last update on May 22 stated that it was "forwarded to hangar." I contacted the courier to inquire about this status and when I could expect to receive my items. They informed me that it was wrongly sent and there's a small chance I will get my items. I'm so disappointed as I have read good reviews about this site. I'm not sure how I can retrieve my order or when it will be delivered. I hope to hear back from you soon.

Hello, I'm a customer from Djibouti, and this was my first time ordering from YesStyle with order number [redacted] on May 20th. I received a confirmation email on the same day stating my order was placed, but the next day, it was put on hold. YesStyle mentioned they couldn't verify the billing address for my credit card. They asked for my correct billing address (which is Hodan [redacted]-A) and home phone number ([redacted]4) to resume my order promptly. It's been a week, but my order hasn't been resumed yet. I've tried contacting them at [redacted], but I haven't received any response. I'm just wondering when they will resume my order and when it will be shipped. It's frustrating to be left without any explanations.

I purchased a dress that, unfortunately, did not fit me as expected based on my body type. I would like to proceed with a return per the policy guidelines. Upon receiving my order, I noticed the dress was packaged in a plastic bag with tape on the sides due to another item being attached. While separating the packages, I accidentally tore the bag slightly, and later on, the rip extended to the side. Even though the bag is now damaged, I can still place the dress back in it. Would it still be possible for me to return the dress in this condition? Thank you for your assistance.

I recently ordered the Innisfree Green Tea Balancing Lotion Ex [redacted] NEW, which was supposed to come with a white cover and the brand and product name designed horizontally on the bottle body. However, I received the product with the old green cover and the brand and product name printed along the bottle body. I have reached out to Yesstyle customer service multiple times, providing evidence such as my order confirmation, photos of the wrong product, and the incorrect delivery note. Despite this, they have denied the mistake and are not acknowledging the error. My order number is [redacted]3.
