For the past three days, I've been unable to enjoy playing games on my Xbox One due to severe controller latency issues. This problem initially occurred a week ago and resolved itself after a few days of not using the Xbox. Sadly, my wife and I are now experiencing latency problems with our controllers once again. While playing split-screen Halo MCC, I noticed that the issue might have originated when my wife signed into her profile on the home screen after I signed in. During gameplay, we struggled to aim due to significant delays, making the experience frustrating and unplayable. I want to clarify that my TV settings are on game mode, so that hasn't changed. Despite multiple restarts, including hard resets and a recent factory reset, the problem persists. I've also tried resetting the internet without success. Notably, both controllers experiencing these issues are relatively new and haven't had problems before. Based on my investigation, it seems like there may be a bug affecting Xbox currently. I haven't been able to find the necessary assistance or others facing the same challenge. The problem first arose when my wife logged into her profile with her controller on the home screen after my sign-in. It resolved itself once before after a break from playing, but the issue has resurfaced and remains unresolved despite my troubleshooting attempts.

I preordered Wasteland 3 digital copy for Xbox One. Recently, I received conflicting messages about the preorder date and options regarding Windows 10 or Xbox One. When trying to select Xbox One, it redirected me to the store asking for payment again, which I didn’t proceed with. Subsequently, I received a message about a refund, but after checking both my bank and Xbox accounts, I found no evidence of any refund. Despite this, I'm still receiving updates for the game. However, when attempting to access it from my library, I receive an error message indicating that either my purchase was refunded or my preorder was canceled. The message suggests verifying payment information in settings.

I continue to see charges on my account, despite not having an Xbox account. I reached out about this issue almost two years ago and was assured my card was removed. However, the charges persist, causing financial strain during a tough time as I assist my mother with surgery expenses. I am shocked these charges are still occurring after receiving assistance in removing my card information. I urgently need to speak with a representative. I am facing a significant issue with the Xbox Ultimate subscription I bought for my son last month. We are loyal Xbox customers with multiple consoles and games. The subscription had a promotional offer at $1.99 for the first month and then $14.95+tax for subsequent months. However, I have been charged over $[redacted] within a month, causing my account to go negative. I have been unable to find a suitable contact number for assistance. Online support has not been helpful either, with only emails to an overloaded address. I feel businesses are using Covid-19 as an excuse. I'm Claudia Archer, and I discovered unauthorized charges from Xbox on my bank statement back in June. Barclays Bank, whom I informed about this, mentioned that Xbox has taken responsibility for the issue during my recent phone conversation with them. However, I have yet to see a refund credited back to my account. I have been waiting for far too long and urgently need the money returned. Could you please process the refund promptly? I'm quite anxious. Also, I found it challenging to locate your phone number on the website. My younger sibling mistakenly used my account to engage in negative interactions with other players, leading to my inability to communicate or send invites. I regret this behavior and assure you that it will not happen again. I am aware of the terms and conditions and will monitor my account more closely in the future to prevent such incidents. I bought an Xbox One 1TB console at the Microsoft Store in The Woodlands, TX on January 18, [redacted]. The console was defective and replaced on January 19, [redacted]. I had a Limited Edition Special Ops controller, which stopped working in March. After speaking with Kenshia from Microsoft, I was told I could return the controller within 30 days after the store reopened. Due to the closures related to COVID-19, I have been unable to return the defective controller despite multiple attempts with different representatives. Today, I tried calling again, but the options to speak with a representative are no longer available. I need a supervisor to contact me to address this issue of Microsoft not honoring the warranty on my controller. I will continue to escalate this matter until it is resolved. Thank you.

I've noticed over 10 charges on my credit card for Xbox Live. I don't own an Xbox, and no one in my household does since I live alone. I've attempted to contact Microsoft customer service but haven't been able to speak to a representative. I don't have an account with Microsoft. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could reach out to me regarding this matter. I recently spent time in the hospital, and I didn't make these charges. I firmly believe that Microsoft should refund me for these unauthorized transactions as that is the proper course of action.

I was charged $65.16 for Xbox Live on my Discover card on August 2. It was transferred from a previous account for my son, Alec W. I want this payment canceled and credited back to my account, Diane W. My son mentioned that he is getting charged monthly for it on his own account. I was informed that I could receive a complimentary Kinect Adapter from your team for my Xbox [redacted]. My daughter and I were disappointed to find out that we needed an additional cord to connect the Kinect to our console. Unfortunately, purchasing a $50 cord is not feasible for us. I came across information online stating that the adapter can be requested for free, but I have been unable to speak with a representative. Could you please confirm if it's possible to have the adapter sent to us at no cost? We are loyal users of Microsoft/XBOX and greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter. I purchased a PC and used my Hotmail account, as it is a Windows device. However, this has caused suspicious activity and locked me out of my Xbox account. I have only ever used this email for Xbox and cannot recover my account. I tried providing my gamertag and card information, but it was deemed insufficient. If account recovery is not an option due to the 2FA I no longer have access to, I want my subscriptions canceled to prevent financial loss. I have tried providing my Xbox ID, gamertag, recent purchases, and the name on the card as proof, but it was rejected. If this is the reason, I just want to ensure my subscriptions are terminated to avoid wasting money on a service I cannot access.

I would like to cancel the monthly charge of $9.99 for Xbox Live on my credit card. Despite not having the correct account number or password, the charge persists. Please assist in locating and canceling the account. If this is not possible, I will instruct my credit card company to halt the payment. Contacting customer service has proved challenging, and I am reluctant to share my credit card details in writing. Kindly reach out to me by phone. I recently reviewed my checking account with a credit union representative and noticed that I am still being charged for an Xbox Live subscription, despite not having used my Xbox in over a year. I spoke with the customer service representative about canceling the subscription while on the line, but she informed me that I would need to either call or go online to cancel. She shared that she had a similar experience and was able to cancel her subscription and receive a partial refund due to her lack of use. Now, I would like to cancel my Xbox Live membership and inquire about the possibility of receiving a refund for my unused subscription.

I am unsure why this happened as I always try to abide by the rules. I have tried reaching out to support, but I still don't have access to my account. I am a 43-year-old player who encountered a frustrating situation while playing APEX. A player named Ralph Munster#[redacted] intentionally died in the game, and when I revived him, he insulted me in a private message. Despite trying to be a good teammate by reviving him, he called me names. After I responded defensively, he reported me and continued to harass me with multiple messages until I blocked him. As someone coping with bipolar disorder and severe PTSD, Xbox serves as a calming outlet for me, and facing such harassment was distressing. I believe the decision to ban me was unfair as I was the one being harassed, and I urge for a reversal of this action promptly. Being a paying customer, I expect a resolution to this issue and a fair evaluation of the situation to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I have had the Xbox Series X pre-order in my shopping cart since the first release at 11 am EST, both on my console and on the website. I was online, signed in, and waiting. After ten minutes of it not going to the payment option, I decided to call. I waited an hour on hold, just to get disconnected. I called back, waited two hours, and got disconnected again. I was upset as I have owned every console you have made and pre-ordered every one since the [redacted]. I have been a loyal Gold subscriber since [redacted], except when I was sick and in the hospital. I have also spent a lot of money on your products and services over the years. I would like some help on how to ensure I will be able to buy a console at launch through the Microsoft Store. Also, I think it's in bad taste to give streamers, YouTubers, and celebrities free consoles when loyal customers like me keep you in business. Because I have a mental illness that keeps me from living a normal life and not being able to be a streamer or YouTuber, people like myself and others just become a number to corporations like you. I received a communication ban notification on my phone, even though I wasn't using my Xbox at the time. I'm confused about the reason behind the ban as I don't use inappropriate language or slang. This isn't the first time I've been banned without knowing the cause. If communication is restricted, what's the purpose of having messaging features? Unless this issue is resolved, I am considering cancelling my subscriptions and switching to PlayStation. I will also inform others about my experience with Xbox customer service.

My son's Xbox account is currently locked, and it is associated with a phone number that I no longer have access to. Despite his attempts to reach out to support on his own to resolve this issue, he has not been able to connect with anyone on the phone. After following the steps on the website, he keeps receiving an 8-digit code, but when he tries to input this code into his Xbox, it prompts him for a 7-digit code instead. My son has been using this account since he was 6 years old, and he is now 14. There is a significant amount of data and games that he is unable to access at the moment.
