My son was given two Walmart.com gift cards by his grandfather for Christmas. Unfortunately, when he tried to use one on December 18th, it was declined for not being activated. I was told to bring the receipt in for activation, but when I did on December 19th, the customer service representative was unhelpful and rude. She insisted the gift card had to be fixed at the Walmart where it was purchased, but it was actually bought online and mailed to us. I really need to activate this gift card for my son's Christmas as it is the only gift he will receive this year. We have faced unexpected circumstances and are unable to provide more gifts. It's especially crucial for my autistic son who may not understand why Santa didn't come this year. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted].

In August I purchased 2 $[redacted] Apple gift cards, but upon receiving them, I discovered they were already used. After contacting customer service, I was issued reference number [redacted]1-7[redacted] and informed that replacement cards would be sent within 45 days. However, I never received them. I am still awaiting either a refund or replacement cards. My bank was unable to assist, so I am reaching out for resolution. I urgently need to replace these cards for my great-grandchildren. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently cancelled my online account a couple of weeks ago. Today, when I tried to sign in as a guest, I was unable to do so. When I attempted to create a new account, I received a message stating that "your account was cancelled." I then tried to do this using my email [redacted], but it informed me that the email already exists in the system. I need assistance in signing in with my email [redacted] to set up a new online account with a new password. Additionally, I have another old email, [redacted], that I would like completely deleted. I ordered 13 gift cards for Christmas presents, but they never arrived. Initially, I was advised to contact FedEx, who informed me they only received the shipping label and not the package. This is my second attempt to secure a refund. My order number was #[redacted]-[redacted]. I have not received the items and am still pursuing a refund for my purchases. Customer service was unhelpful during both of my calls. I am really frustrated and just want my money back.

I placed an order for groceries on Thursday, November 4, scheduled for pickup between 3-4 pm on Monday, November 8. However, I received multiple texts notifying me of delays on the day of pickup, which persisted until the following day. After repeated delays, I decided to cancel my order, totaling around $[redacted], on Tuesday, November 9. Despite multiple attempts to contact Walmart, informing them of the issue and requesting a refund, I have not received my money back. Each time I reach out, I am informed that it will take 24-48 hours for the refund to process and that my claim has been escalated. It is now December 28, and I am still awaiting my refund, with no resolution in sight.

I am attempting to change my email address due to a compromise. I have a new email and wish to ensure access to my previous orders and pending deliveries without losing any warranty information. When I contacted customer service, a representative named David was unhelpful and kept insisting I open a new account, which I fear may jeopardize my existing records. I recently bought a Kids Wheels motorized trike as a Christmas present. However, the battery refuses to charge, making the trike unusable. My attempts to reach out to Kids Wheels for help have been unsuccessful. When I called, they disconnected the call after a 15-minute wait. I visited the WalMart store where I made the purchase, but sadly, I have misplaced the receipt. They checked my card statement but couldn't locate the transaction. I'm hoping for a replacement rather than a refund since there are no more of the same toy in stock. The trike I bought was a pink motorized one labeled KL20058. Hello! I received my order last night, but unfortunately, two out of the six products I ordered were missing. This marks the second time this issue has occurred. I tried to place an order with United Help, but some items that needed to be paid for were not separated from the rest of the order on my card. I need those items to be removed from the order so that it can be processed. Today is the deadline, so I would appreciate if this could be resolved urgently. Failure to do so will result in a financial loss for me, which I would like to avoid by having the payment issue sorted out and the order processed promptly.

I purchased a charger for my smartphone on December 23, [redacted], at Bodega Aurrera, a Walmart store in H. Cardenas, Tabasco, Mexico. The charger worked for only 2 to 3 days before it stopped working. Due to being sick with Covid over the holidays, I returned the charger on January 3, [redacted], the first day after the holidays. Unfortunately, the store declined to exchange the charger since more than 7 days had passed. I ended up buying a new charger from the same store but feel dissatisfied with the service. The original charger cost 59 pesos.

Good afternoon, today on January 5th, [redacted], I went to Walmart-Cascadas-Tegucigalpa, Honduras, to make a complaint about an RCA TV, model RC59J22S-4KSM, 59 inches, purchased on November 20th, [redacted]. I traveled and only set it up this week, and it's showing a blue screen that eventually normalizes after 10 minutes to display the TV image. I visited customer service, then the technology department, where they reviewed it and I showed them a video of the issue; later, I filled out a form they sent me via email to [redacted] As a long-time Walmart customer, Johanna M. M. Ramos, I find it unfair that they informed me they wouldn't exchange the TV but repair it. No Walmart customer expects to buy something rebuilt or second-hand; we trust the quality of recognized brands and expect excellent service. I'm upset by this situation and disappointed in the poor service from Walmart-Honduras. I request they replace the TV with a new one. If needed, I can provide videos and photos as proof. Hello, I placed an order at the beginning of November for a long-sleeved training T-shirt in size S, black, with reference number [redacted]4 for my grandson. The order number is 21-6[redacted]. It seems the package was returned to your company by the private courier, as I was asked for a sworn statement in early December stating that I did not receive it. Surprisingly, they are reshipping the package even though they believe I have already received it. My reference number with them is mcp173022. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my 13-year-old grandson, and his disappointment is heartbreaking. I kindly request you to look into this matter. Several people on the courier's website have reported undelivered packages, and if I do not hear back from you, I will contact the fraud department in France. Thank you for your assistance. I purchased a 65-inch TV from Walmart online for our new house scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. However, I received an email stating it was already delivered with a blank photo. On November 12th, I placed an order for 9 items for delivery to my apartment. When the delivery arrived on November 14th from Walmart, there were only 4 items instead of the 9 I ordered. The box contained items I did not order. I contacted Walmart, who promptly replaced the 4 missing items and asked for the incorrect items to be returned. I returned the items at the Forest Park, IL Walmart store and asked for a receipt, which was not provided. Now, I am being billed for the replacement items, even though I never received the originals. I kindly request Walmart to rectify this mistake and refrain from charging me for items I never received.

I need assistance in returning an HP Stream Laptop purchased at Walmart with Affirm financing. The laptop is slow and barely functional. I initiated the return through the Walmart App and received a barcode for customer service to scan. When I arrived, they said I could only get a Walmart gift card for the return. I haven't made any payments to Affirm and haven't paid for the laptop. I do not want a Walmart gift card; I just want to return the item and cancel the loan with Affirm. Customer service advised me to contact Walmart.com, where I was provided with a similar barcode for the return. Affirm requires merchant initiation to cancel the loan. This process seems confusing.

Regarding my recent order #[redacted]-[redacted], I purchased 4 fireplace heaters in different colors. Today, I received only 2 out of the 4 items. The tracking information mentioned delivery of the black, cinnamon/red, and bronze heaters, but only the black and cinnamon/red arrived. The bronze one is missing, and the cream color is expected later on Jan 25th. Additionally, I noticed that the prices of the heaters I ordered have been reduced from $69 to $59 each at Walmart.
