I've tried to place a pick-up order twice now. The first order went to the wrong store, so I canceled it and corrected the location. However, my second attempt still ended up at the wrong store, despite entering the right one. Order number [redacted]-[redacted] should be picked up at [redacted] N Dobson Rd, Mesa AZ [redacted]. I purchased a 5-piece Wicker Red Patio set online from Walmart on March 29, [redacted], and paid in full. Despite a scheduled delivery for April 1st, the order did not arrive. After being informed of a delay and then the item being lost in transit, I agreed to a re-order for an April 8th delivery date. Unfortunately, it did not arrive again. Numerous contacts with Walmart Customer Care and FedEx have not resolved the issue. I have been promised expedited delivery, but the patio set has still not been received. The item is still in stock at Walmart, and I insist on receiving the product I paid for rather than a refund. It seems that Walmart is not adhering to their online store policies regarding delivery.

I have been waiting for a tire for two weeks, but it got canceled, leaving me with only three tires for my vehicle. I need help regarding an order for Byron Mannon placed at the Lees Summit, MO Auto Care Center for one Discovery All Terrain tire size [redacted]/75/15. Despite the tire showing as picked several times, it seems to be still available on the website for two-day delivery. I have three out of the four tires needed, and after multiple phone calls with sales and service reps, Walmart notified me via email that the tire is unavailable. I'm disappointed with the service and expected better communication from the Auto Care Center. If the 4th tire cannot be provided, I may need to return the three tires I have already picked up.

My husband has difficulty walking long distances and relies on motorized carts in stores. Unfortunately, this store only had one functioning cart, which was in use. The other four carts were out of order, making it impossible for us to shop. Frustrated, my husband decided to speak to the manager while I waited in the car. As I waited, a police car arrived, as the store had called them to make me move my car. This incident was mishandled from start to finish. More than one functioning cart should be available, and the staff should have been more understanding of our situation. The lack of empathy and the unnecessary involvement of the police left me disappointed. I believe Walmart should focus on better training for their managers on how to handle customer emergencies with care and compassion. This negative experience has led me to choose not to return to this particular Walmart location. Instead, I will continue to shop at other stores where we have been treated with respect and courtesy.

I placed an order at 4:03 for a delivery in Merced, CA. Despite selecting the two-hour express delivery option at checkout, my items never arrived on time. When I asked my roommate about my Walmart delivery at 8:53 PM, I found out that once again, my order was not delivered. I got a confirmation email assuring delivery before 6:03 PM, but the items never came. Unable to reach anyone at Walmart after numerous tries, I had to pay a babysitter to buy diapers, formula, and dinner essentials from a local store due to the no-show by Walmart. My repeated bad experiences have left me deeply dissatisfied and upset. Calling their customer service line only led to long waits and excuses. Despite being charged, my card has not been refunded. I believe Walmart needs to improve their customer service as they have repeatedly failed to meet expectations, causing inconvenience and extra expenses for me. I hope my feedback prompts Walmart to reconsider their customer service standards and address their shortcomings.

My order #[redacted]-[redacted] was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, 4/29. However, I received an email saying it was delivered, but the photo showed it on a neighbor's chair at [redacted] N. 52nd St., Milwaukee, not at my address, [redacted]. Fortunately, the neighbor mistakenly thought it was for her daughter, so she brought it inside. The package contained gummy vitamins, which could have melted in the sun. I initially thought UPS delivered it, but it was actually a service called "Drive Dash." The delivery person clearly needs to double-check the address before dropping off packages.

I placed an order around *:** for a delivery in Merced, CA. Unfortunately, my items have never arrived within the two-hour express time promised, which is the only delivery option. Today was no different as my order never made it despite a confirmation email stating it would arrive before *:**. After multiple failed attempts to reach anyone at Walmart and with urgent items needed like diapers and formula, I had to pay a babysitter to quickly purchase them from a local store at double the cost. I am deeply dissatisfied with Walmart's lack of customer care and failure to deliver on their promises. Even contacting customer service led to long waits and no resolution. I placed an order last week and have received most items, but I am still missing the Secret Dry Spray Antiperspirant Deodorant Water Lily Invisible Spray. I received a notice that it was delivered on May 8th, but I did not receive it. I would like to know where it was actually delivered so I can either receive the item or be reimbursed. Your prompt attention to this matter is important to me. If I am unable to receive the items I ordered, I may need to reconsider continuing with the yearly plan. I look forward to your response. Hello, I wanted to share my experience with the Great Value Pretzel Bites Filled with Beer Cheese that I purchased about a month ago from Walmart store number [redacted]. My family really enjoyed them! Unfortunately, when I went back to buy more, they were out of stock. I've been checking the Walmart app to see if they will be restocked, but they are still marked as unavailable. I'm wondering if they will be available again at the store or if they have been discontinued. I also noticed that some Walmart stores in other states carry them. I purchased a new tire at Walmart and paid over $[redacted] for it. However, after payment, they informed me they couldn't install it due to a broken shock on my car. I later had it installed at a different shop without any issues for $10. I spoke to a store manager and was advised to contact the assistant manager of the auto service department on Sunday for further assistance. I have all the necessary paperwork and receipts available.

It has been over 48 hours now, and I have been expecting a phone call from a regional manager. I called ethics to make a complaint, and I was supposed to be connected to a supervisor. After being on hold, I was connected, but frustrated and in tears. I finally sent out my son's package, which was completely messed up. He is now returning it to the sender because he's upset and promised to play a game with his friends on a certain day. I am totally disgusted. I spent over $[redacted] plus a $50 money order to ship the package, but it was poorly packaged. I am extremely frustrated. I couldn't handle it on Monday because I was in court sorting out issues related to my husband. Also, I had a dentist appointment for my tooth. I do not understand why a person from management has not called me yet. I don't know if my phone is being monitored or hacked. I will contact my phone company. When I checked my voicemails, I had no messages, not even from the Social Security office, which I have been waiting to hear from for eight months.

I need assistance with disputing two charges of $74.76 each on my biolife debit card at Walmart in Taylorsville, Utah on May 11th around 10 pm. The items I was charged for include a flexzilla 50 ft hose, an oscillating sprinkler, dove for men body wash 2 pack, an angled hose adapter with a shut-off switch, and a ring sprinkler. I used the south self-checkout first scanner on the right side across from the customer service station. The self-checkout system had issues that evening, leading to confusion about whether my card payments went through. I attempted to pay twice with my biolife debit card and once with my USAA credit card. Despite the multiple attempts, no receipt was issued, and the self-checkout associates were unable to resolve the problem. I later noticed the unauthorized charges on my debit card statement and have struggled to get in touch with Walmart for assistance in getting a refund. I had a slip and fall at Walmart in Ottawa, KS, zip code [redacted]. Mr. Tyler, the manager, took my report and reviewed the video of the incident. I am 69 years old with osteoporosis and could have easily broken my hip. Walmart offered me a $[redacted] rebate, which I don't feel is adequate given the ER bills totaling around $5,[redacted] and ongoing medical treatments for my injured knee. I am seeking legal representation and may involve my orthopedic surgeon in court if necessary. I am looking for the phone number for Walmart claims. I had an issue with an express delivery order number [redacted][redacted] on May 30, [redacted]. Unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address. After several attempts to rectify the situation, I have not received my $85 order. I went through multiple steps to have it re-delivered, but it never came, and I lost a day's pay. I've been charged incorrectly for tips and have yet to receive a refund for them. Despite some small promotional codes offered, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and the financial inconvenience this has caused. I await proper resolution and explanations for the charges and lack of refunds. My disrupted weekend and ongoing financial issues demand a more suitable response from the company.

On Friday, May 28th, I attempted to return some tweezers that arrived in poor condition - some wouldn't even open. Following instructions for the return, my husband took them to our local Walmart, but they were unable to print a return label. After calling customer service and getting disconnected due to my phone dying, it became a challenge for us as both my husband and I are handicapped to visit the store again for the label. This is my first opportunity to address this issue. I have already repurchased from MyWalmart.com. The tweezers were of the Revlon brand, similar to ones previously bought from Walmart. Looking for guidance on returning this package to All Top Bargains in Hallandale, FL.

I visited your store for about two hours and encountered issues paying for my battery. Unfortunately, neither customer service nor HR could assist me. I eventually managed to pay for my battery after calling the manager, who was initially unavailable. I had to go to customer service to find someone who rang up my purchase. Unfortunately, the employee wasn't interested in my problem. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Walmart. There was no mention of a discount or any resolution offered. There was no manager on duty, only a new assistant manager who also did not offer any assistance besides a customer service manager.

My card got blocked due to suspected illegal activity. I haven't breached any of the listed reasons for a block. I didn't exceed $[redacted] in daily spending nor withdrew over $[redacted] from an ATM. I primarily deposit money and use it for purchases.
