I went to change network provider from Vodafone to Plusnet today's the changeover day where my phone started showing emergency calls only so I assume the closure of the Vodafone acciuntvhad gone ahead as planned, but the SIM card was locked. I have since got the PUK code from Plusnet but it still doesn't work so the problem is at Vodafone's end. I spent * hours today trying to sort this out-an hour on hold to Vodafone, after which time I have up and also following the steps their online chat person provided. This didn't work either.
GetHuman-tfernban did not yet indicate what Vodafone (UK) should do to make this right.
