It took a while for the email, so I was sent to speak with a customer service representative, she gave me a phone number for my new device, **********. Then she said that the Sim card my phone came with didn't have a nphone number and that I needed to pay a **.** reactivation service fee and wanted **.** I said no because I gave you the Sim card number that came with my new phone and you gave me a phone number and I paid **.** for one month. Why do I have to pay extra I never had this issue with my past verizon prepaid phones, I don't think it's right, my phone is brand new and it came with a Sim card already, I'm not trying to replace a Sim card. And that's all I was told, so I hung up.
