On around October **, I arranged a new account deal. I was to keep all the elements of the then current account, except HBO. I added upgraded HD boxes for my BR and library tvs and added a HD box for the kitchen TV with a monthly contract. I was to receive * new set boxes as described. My bill was to reduce to *** monthly with a one time $**.payment. Nothing arrived. **I called back around NOV. ** to revisit the order , reporting the monthly price had not changed from $*** but I had no HBO. I was told the boxes were on the way and as consideration for the errors, HBO Max could be restored at $**.*month, taking me to $***. **It is now NOV.**. I have HBO but no upgraded TV HD boxes, not one. This is beginning to look more like fraud to me. I need to speak to someone ASAP. Termination is the only other option
