I have been charged for Uber Pass, even though I rarely used Uber last year. The instructions on how to cancel Uber Pass mention going through the app, but I cannot find any reference to Uber Pass, making it impossible for me to cancel it. I am unable to contact anyone for support, and locating an email address is proving to be challenging. As a result, I contacted AMEX to halt these charges as the provided cancellation instructions are ineffective. I suspect I might have another account linked to a different ID, phone number, and email address ([redacted] and [redacted]). When attempting to sign in with that information, it leads me to a new account setup, suggesting I do not have an account under that ID. I would appreciate assistance with this matter.

I have been attempting to cancel my Uber Help subscription since November 19, [redacted], but have been unable to reach a live representative. I was charged $24.99 on December 28 and again on January 26, despite only using Uber once every two years for travel. After a negative incident with an Uber driver who kept my glasses, Uber sided with the driver and closed my complaint without resolution. I have been trying to cancel the subscription since November 19, [redacted], and would like both charges refunded to my credit card. I am having trouble accessing my Uber account due to an outdated debit card that is no longer valid. Uber is requesting the number of this outdated card to log in, but without those details, I am unable to access MY account. I simply want to update the payment method on MY account. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to speak to a live person for assistance.

I requested an UBER service on February 3rd at 11:18 am to pick me up at [redacted] NW 7 ST Miami, Miami FL [redacted]. When the UBER arrived, I was the one who canceled the trip, not the driver as indicated in an email I received. The email also falsely stated that the driver canceled because I wasn't wearing a mask, which is not true. Additionally, the cancellation email showed a different address. They also mentioned in the email that they may cancel my future trips. The claim about not wearing a mask is untrue as I am an older woman who had lung cancer surgery, and the trip was for a medical appointment. After canceling the trip (I even called the driver to inform him, but he never answered), they sent another UBER that I did not request. I am not requesting a refund, just seeking the truth. I am an older woman with health issues. Apologies for writing in Spanish, as I do not speak English. I hope this gets resolved. Thank you.

The driver had trouble locating me as the original route went around Mountain Creek Lake. Ideally, there are two main routes to the destination, with Avenue C being a less common option. To guide the driver efficiently, I directed them to approach from SE 14th Street, turn left on Garrett, then left on Lakecrest Dr. Despite spending several hours on 2-5-21 from 2-6pm trying to arrange the trip, the pricing discrepancies persisted, ranging from $26 to $30, while the expected cost was around $18. For the simplest and most direct route, drivers should reach [redacted] Lakecrest Dr via SE 14th and follow specific turns onto Garrett and Lakecrest Dr. Considering the residential area's complexity with limited cross-streets, it's understandable that the computer program faced challenges. However, drivers unfamiliar with the neighborhood should access SE 14th Street from the north or south following precise turns onto Garrett and Lakecrest Dr. My ultimate goal is to ensure a smooth commute between work and home, particularly during off-peak hours when driver availability is scarce. Although arranging morning trips is easier, it also presents routing complexities that need attention.

I recently discovered unauthorized activity on my credit card related to a free ride with Uber, which I did not make as I have never used the service. I immediately contacted my credit card company, necessitating the cancellation of my card and causing inconvenience in my daily routine. Unfortunately, I can no longer provide the card details for investigation as I have destroyed the card. I received an email notification from PayPal on February 5th, charging $9.99 to my account with the associated email address [redacted] This situation has been frustrating for me, and I urge Uber to identify the individual responsible for this fraudulent activity. A telephone support option would be greatly appreciated for quicker resolution of such issues.

I inadvertently left an item in the Uber last night. The driver kindly returned it to me for $20 in cash. However, I later discovered that Uber's policy already offers drivers $15 for returning lost items. So, the driver actually received a total of $35, not the $20 I thought I was giving him. I am Mukhtar Ahmed from Pune, Maharashtra, India, with vehicle registration number MH12QW6638. I recently applied for vehicle attachment and followed instructions given by Shamshad, my assigned account specialist. I have submitted all the required documents as directed via WhatsApp. However, I have not received any response from Shamshad since then. I am keen on attaching my Wagon R to Uber and have completed all the necessary document submissions. Despite having Ms. Shamshad as my account specialist for WhatsApp communication, she has been unresponsive to my messages and calls. I kindly request prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

In the past 96 hours, I have observed that your company charged me more than $[redacted] for rides across 25 separate transactions, yet I have not utilized Uber services since January. Strangely, I did not receive any receipts for these unauthorized rides and charges. I am puzzled as to why these charges do not appear in my ride history if they were legitimate. Furthermore, there were multiple purchases of Uber cash totaling $[redacted] in 12 separate transactions, which seems suspicious. My awareness of this issue arose when my bank started sending me notifications about these transactions. While I was on a call with my bank's customer service representative, Uber attempted to charge me repeatedly in excess of $[redacted] each time on February 18th and 19th, [redacted]. I insist that your company promptly address and refund all charges made since January 29, [redacted], as I have only taken one ride during this time, which will be my last with Uber. I am willing to provide any necessary information to expedite the resolution as only Uber can do. These unexpected charges have put me in a difficult financial situation as I am on a fixed income and now worry about meeting my rent obligations due to these questionable activities. Despite my attempts to involve my bank, the resolution seems elusive without Uber's cooperation. Hello, I scheduled a ride for today, 02/24/[redacted], at 09:50, which was crucial for my wife and me due to a doctor's appointment. Being blind, we rely on Uber and unfortunately, the driver did not show up without any communication. This caused us to miss our appointments. Last night, while in an Uber from the emergency room after suffering a head injury, I accidentally left my iPhone 12 with a pink Otter case in the back seat of the car. The phone contains important medical information related to my injury, but I can't recall my login details due to a concussion. Currently staying at La Quinta Resort in room [redacted] with friends, I'm using Tina Olenick's phone and email for communication. The Uber driver who dropped me off at the hotel was Denise or Diane from Brooklyn, and her number likely starts with [redacted] or [redacted]. On February 9th at 11:27 a.m. EST, I booked a trip with driver T765356C, who canceled the trip charging me a cancellation fee. Following this, I received an email indicating that the driver canceled because he claimed I was not wearing a mask, despite my husband and I wearing masks as we had just left Weill Cornell Medical Hospital. The driver did not arrive at the pick-up point, potentially explaining why he did not see my mask. When I called him to redirect, he ignored my requests and hung up. Subsequently, I had to request a ride with Lyft. The driver's behavior was unfavorable, and I question his integrity for falsely stating that I was not wearing a mask. This situation has prompted me to inquire about the corrective actions UBER has in place for incidents like this. I find it discouraging given the current pandemic situation in New York. Since this incident, my subsequent UBER rides have been without issue, including a ride where I was requested to provide a photo of myself wearing a mask, a first for me with UBER. I've been receiving emails about an Uber account that I didn't create. The emails are in Portuguese and the settings are not mine. I attempted to reset the password, but I'm not receiving the code. On March 3, we contacted Uber in Puerto Vallarta. Most of our rides were great, and we tipped generously for the good service. However, during a ride at around 6:45 PM, the driver had a small accident, punctured his tire, and requested us to request another driver, which we did. We were charged $33.11 in Mexican Pesos for this incident, which doesn't seem fair. Then, on March 5, we booked an Uber, informing the driver through our Mexican friend that we had a small service dog. When the Uber arrived, the driver refused to accommodate the dog despite it being a service animal, so we had to take a taxi to the Puerto Vallarta Airport. Uber then charged us $35 in Mexican Pesos for this ride, claiming we weren't wearing masks, which is false. As 72 and 84-year-olds, we are not naive and can distinguish the truth.

I requested an Uber on 3/9/21 at 6:23 am for a 6:38 am pickup. Unfortunately, the driver canceled the ride before 6:40 am, causing me to be late for work. I had to request another Uber, which arrived at 6:46 am. When I entered the car, the driver asked for my destination, which I had already provided when booking the ride. Despite my explanation, he claimed I hadn't entered the destination. He stopped the car, insisting I input the destination again, but the app wouldn't allow me to do so. After some attempts, he seemed to cancel the ride and asked me to request another one. By this time, it was 6:58 am, and I was supposed to start work at 7:00 am. This whole experience with Uber made me late for work, and I don't believe that was fair.

Hello... I booked a ride via the Uber app for an Uber Auto on March 1, [redacted]. The driver's name is Dagesh. When the driver arrived to pick me up, he asked for an extra 20 rupees for luggage which I paid even though cancelling the ride incurs a charge. After the ride, I paid in cash including the extra fare, and now your driver has falsely claimed that I didn't pay. You should not allow cash payments in your system. We cannot complain about the driver's behavior because there is no option on the Uber app to do so. Due to this issue, I am unable to book my next ride as I am being told to make a double payment. Please resolve this problem for me. Thank you
