I just want to ask a few simple related questions but nothing in USAA allows me to write more than a *** character question. I need **** characters to send this: "Hi! I need to send $*** to my son in California next week after my July Social Security Direct Deposit to my USAA Account. I do have a “Dumb” Cellphone for texting and voice calls, but I have no “Smart” Cellphone because my hands are severely disabled and I’m unable to hold the phone (too heavy) and use the touch screen. I’m currently residing in the Philippines and have no U.S. Mobil phone number. So given these constraints it appears that I’m not a candidate to use “Zelle.” Am I correct? It looks to me that the only USAA Banking Service I can use to send the $*** to my son is through “Bill Payment.” Am I correct? I assume the $*** will be sent as a “paper check” to his home address. Is that correct? I do have my son’s bank’s routing number and his account number and I entered both numbers into the “Biller Account Number” (separated by one dash) on the USAA Bill Payment Entry Form. Should I leave those numbers there or remove them since they cannot be used if a check is mailed to his home address? What fee will USAA charge me for this $*** Bill Payment Service? Thank you.
