I would like to receive a call regarding the delivery of my certified letter, which has been rescheduled twice. I have been experiencing issues with receiving a certified letter that was supposed to arrive yesterday. I waited all day at home for it, and despite no delivery or even a notification attempt, I haven't received any communication. I spoke to a postal worker who explained that the workers were supposed to be in my area, but no one showed up. I was promised a call from a manager over two and a half hours ago, but I haven't heard anything. I am frustrated with the United States Postal Service for mishandling my certified letter delivery. I rescheduled the delivery to 10/8 to ensure I would be home, but nothing arrived. Despite contacting agents Samantha and Seth who promised resolutions, the letter never came. I feel disregarded and misled as each person passes the blame. I previously explained my issue some time ago. The service providers have been dishonest, lazy, and unprofessional. I have already outlined the details to your team. I have been misled for two full days, continuously redirected without a resolution. It is frustrating to see them shift responsibility to one another. I sent a certified letter as requested, even rescheduled, fulfilling my obligations. However, their lack of professionalism and failure to follow through is unacceptable.

I have a P.O. box in Bastian, VA that required a payment of $33 every 6 months due by the 10th. However, I was hospitalized and unable to make the payment in person. Despite multiple attempts to pay online, I received an error stating my box number was invalid. Numerous calls to the post office were unsuccessful as the line was continuously busy. Eventually, during an in-person visit, I was informed by the clerk that a late fee of $25 had been added, totaling $58. Despite explaining my situation, I was given no other options. After borrowing the money and trying to pay over the phone for two days, the lines remained busy. It's frustrating as the post office's limited hours and constant busy phone lines make it difficult to rectify the situation with the added late fee.

I am currently in Poland and recently sent a package to my family in Florida using tracking No. CP285-[redacted]-050PL. I received an email stating the package was on hold due to an incorrect delivery address. However, the USPS tracking system shows the package was processed in Gdansk, Poland on Oct. 17. I am confused about the status of the delivery. The USPS recording advised me to contact the sender, which is me. The correct delivery address is for Mrs. N. Levy at [redacted] Andros Dr., Naples, Florida [redacted]. I attempted to relay this information via email but encountered an issue with the system not recognizing my email address, despite entering it correctly multiple times. How can I ensure that the package reaches its intended destination?

On October 8, [redacted], I sent 5 boxes to Hawaii with different addresses. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt containing the tracking number. However, I found some details on one of the boxes sent to Mish Shishido at 6 Waikalani Hema Place, Kihei Hawaii [redacted]. The information on the receipt shows it was shipped from 66 Redhead Street, American Canyon, California, with US POSTAGE PAID, ORIGIN [redacted] on 10/08/22, with reference number [redacted]-36, and cost $22.45 per box. The other boxes contained valuable items, including purchases from Trader Joe's and books from a Holistic Doctor in Novato, California, totaling over $[redacted] and $[redacted] worth of books for my classroom, which have not been received. I am seeking assistance in locating the missing boxes and tracking numbers as the items are essential for my work. Despite contacting the Kihei Post Office, the boxes are not found. Any support in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I sent a first-class certified letter with Tracking No. [redacted][redacted] on 10/17/22 from Loara Street Anaheim, Main Post Office. The receipt stated delivery by 10/20/22, but it hasn't arrived yet. I followed USPS instructions to inquire and file a complaint at the main office, but no supervisor or manager was available during business hours. Employee Rhonda initially assisted, later handing off to an unhelpful Poonam who was rude. I wonder why a first-class certified mail within the state has not been delivered after nearly 10 calendar days and 8 business days covering about [redacted] miles. Also, why are supervisors or managers unavailable during normal hours, leaving the facility in the hands of irresponsible and rude employees? As a paying customer, we deserve better service and manners. I sent a First Class Certified mail from Anaheim, CA, to Sacramento on 10/17/22 with Tracking No [redacted][redacted]84. The expected delivery date was supposed to be 10/20/22; however, as of 10/26/22, the mail has not reached its destination. When I visited the Post Office of origin to inquire about this issue, there were no supervisors or managers available to assist customers. I ended up dealing with unhelpful and rude counter clerks named Ms. Rhonda and Ms. Poonam. They were unwilling to provide a proper response and instead suggested various tasks for me to do, asking me to come back the next day or call different numbers. The documents in the mail are important for my License Renewal, and I am concerned about the whereabouts of my Certified Mail. I am puzzled as to why it has not reached the destination even after 8 business days. I am disappointed with the low-quality service provided by USPS and the unhelpful employees at the Postal Station, especially with no Manager present during business hours.

I paid $[redacted] to ensure my son's Halloween costume would arrive for his school parade. However, I received a notification that it was picked up at the post office, even though I paid for delivery to my address. This is causing me and my son a lot of distress as he's worried about not having his costume for the parade tomorrow. It seems suspicious that it was marked as delivered two minutes before the guaranteed time and noted as "picked up by an individual." I support the strict certification requirements to maintain the integrity of service dog access rights. It is crucial to ensure service dogs can perform their duties without distractions from other pets. While some places like the De Vargas mall allow dogs based on individual store policies, it is essential for the post office to enforce their service dog-only rule to uphold the safety of disabled individuals. I recommend "Service Dogs of the West" for training support in Santa Fe. The USPS should prioritize educating its staff on these matters to protect disabled persons and their service dogs. I recently purchased [redacted] prestamped postcards from USPS. On the website, there is no clear information on how to address them. Should I put the address on the right side of the front under the stamp and my message on the left side, or can the address be on the front and the message on the back? It seems like all the writing needs to be on the front according to online resources - address on the right side and message on the left side with the back left blank. Can I address the postcard on the front and write my message on the back? I have a large quantity to work with and want to make sure I do it correctly. I need an answer today as the post office representative I spoke with was not able to provide accurate information.

It appears that mail services in Georgia, specifically in Greensboro and Madison, are not meeting the expected standards. Since relocating from Florida, there have been several issues: 1. Initially, mail was not collected until a complaint was made to the local post office in Greensboro. 2. Certified mail to the IRS took 10 days to reach a TX post office. 3. Certified mail from an attorney in Atlanta to Madison took 15 days, with tracking showing delays and lack of updates. 4. A Priority Mail Express sent to Madison took 3 days instead of overnight. 5. An Amazon order was not delivered, and prompt pickup was inconvenient. 6. A certified mail piece redirected from Florida has not arrived despite leaving on 11/1, with tracking number [redacted]. The delays and mishandling of mail are concerning, and it is unclear why these issues persist in this part of Georgia.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted]88 I was told my package was delivered two days ago, but it never arrived. After contacting the local post office, they claimed they put three packages in my mailbox, but only two were there - the third, which is mine, was missing. Despite them advising me to file a claim, they mentioned it might not yield results. I have evidence from a security camera that shows no one else took the package besides the mail carrier who blocks the view with their vehicle while delivering mail in my rural area. Yesterday, I received a notification that my package was delivered, but when I checked my post office box, it wasn't there. After reviewing the tracking details on my computer, I saw that due to "no access to delivery area," I needed to pick up the package at the post office. I reside in an apartment complex where the post office usually places packages that do not fit in individual mailboxes in larger boxes, with a key left in the mailbox for access. This hasn't been the case for the bracelet I ordered from JTV. I have had similar deliveries successfully made to my mailbox in the past. I attempted to reschedule delivery online, but uncertainty remains, prompting me to seek assistance from a representative to ensure the bracelet is delivered to my mailbox.

I sent some art prints to a show in Brazil. The package arrived on 11.26, according to the tracking information, and has been in Rio de Janeiro P.O. since then. It needs to be shipped to Florianopolis, SC, Brazil. The recipient already checked with her postmaster, but they said they couldn't help.
