LC Roofing & General Contracting came to my house to do a repair. They supposedly fixed a roof leak. When I called them back to tell them my roof was still leaking, they said that they did do a basic repair and they would have to charge me additional to finish the work. **After checking further, I found that they are not licensed roofers nor licensed General Contractors. All they have is a home improvement license in New Jersey. which I looked up and couldn't find. You indicated that you did a background check, but what did you actually verify?
