December of last year I hired a handyman through Thumbtack. *Alejandro Picacio installed my bathroom vanity with double sinks. So he had to install the plumbing. When he installed the plumbing he did so by mounting it to the wall instead of removing the drywall.**I just noticed that he had to saw off the back of the middle drawer. So the middle drawer would fit flesh with the other * drawers. He failed to walk me through the job he just completed on December **, ****. I didn’t notice it until a week ago June*, ****. I notified thumbtack and spoke with customer service.* I had explained to customer service about what I wrote in the first paragraph. *** days later Thumbtack technical Team at *****@***.com**There response was that the job is out of warranty. The wouldn’t be able to help me. I thought the warranty customer job satisfaction guarantee or your money back.
