After placing an online order, I paid someone to pick up my food, but they were turned away at the location. Despite several attempts and visiting the site myself, the issue was not resolved promptly. The manager took over 5 minutes to address my concern at the store. Even though the money was deducted from my account immediately, no order could be found. After multiple attempts, a representative refunded my money after more than an hour of effort. Later that night, I visited another Taco Bell and was charged double the original amount for the same order. I was charged $11.23 initially and $23.78 on December 18th. I have tried calling customer service without success, facing unanswered calls and background noise during pick up. I wish to get a refund promptly.

The staff informed me that only cash payments were accepted at the drive-thru. This policy surprised me, as I prefer not to use cash except for emergencies. I recently worked at a couple of Taco Bell locations, but due to being transferred within a short period after just a week, I found myself at a faraway location. Upon being moved to a Taco Bell closer to me, I unfortunately tested positive for COVID on my first day. I informed the manager who said they would call me the next day to reschedule my shift. I've tried numerous times to reach out to this Taco Bell, but they have not answered my calls. I have yet to receive any payment for my work. How can I go about claiming the wages owed to me? On December 31, [redacted] at 8:55am, I visited the Taco Bell located at [redacted] West John Sims Parkway in Niceville, FL. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was extremely poor. When inquiring about the breakfast menu around 9 am, I was met with hostility from an employee over the speaker. Despite ordering three regular items, I was rudely asked to repeat myself by a person joking about other fast-food restaurants. The negative encounter continued at the drive-through window where I felt mistreated by the cashier, a light-skinned black male with dreadlocks. They asked me to pull forward without a valid reason, and when questioned, responded disrespectfully. Upon mentioning reporting the incident, the cashier's inappropriate behavior escalated into making offensive remarks, leaving me feeling threatened. This encounter has made me hesitant to revisit this Taco Bell, as the employees displayed unprofessionalism and lacked courtesy throughout my visit. The individual I interacted with should be addressed and possibly terminated due to their behavior.

This evening, I placed an order through the drive-through microphone. I ordered a "Nachos Bel Grande" for my wife and while looking at the menu board, I also asked for the $5 Chalupa box. However, I was informed that it was actually $6.95, not $5 as advertised. I paid with my credit card but was not given a receipt. When I mentioned the price difference, I was told they couldn't change it. Although I found it amusing, I still received my order correctly along with the nachos. The food was good, but I'm confused about the discrepancy between the menu board and the actual price I was charged for the item.

Despite following the app's instructions to inform the staff about using a reward, my daughters were informed that a physical coupon was required. Additionally, I consistently request for the cold items to be served on the side when ordering the power bowl, but the cold ingredients are frequently placed directly on the dish. Hi, I'm Valerie. On January 6, around 10:30 to 11 PM, I placed an order on the Taco Bell app. When I arrived at the location on Fourth Street in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the intercom informed me they were closed, even though it was not even midnight yet. I drove up to the window, waited, and an employee came. After explaining that I had already paid for my order, he went to get the manager. The manager assured me they had enough food to fulfill my order. After waiting for my food to be prepared, I got home to find that the items were mostly filled with lettuce, tomato, and cheese, with very little meat. Some items even lacked meat altogether, containing only lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and tomato. I am seeking a refund since I did not spend $75 to receive food that was not as ordered.

I recently had a concerning experience at this restaurant. As a truck and heavy equipment driver, I often face unique challenges when ordering. On this occasion, I placed a large order for my employees during a remote job site visit. Unfortunately, the three employees working at the window treated me disrespectfully and even made threats when I explained the situation. The interaction culminated in one individual asking for a car instead of fulfilling the order for my 10 employees. I understand that your stores may be short-staffed, but there are better ways to handle the situation. On January 12, [redacted], at 6:21:03 PM, my family and I waited 35 minutes for 9 tacos at location [redacted] E Sunshine Springfield MO [redacted]. Order number [redacted]. We had to leave for church at 6:30, so we couldn't wait any longer. I received a refund since there was no estimated time for our order, and the drive-thru was being prioritized over the dining room. During our wait, a staff member went home, which shouldn't happen when short-staffed. The employee in the lobby kept mentioning that she only works there but didn't assist with resolving the issue. When I requested a refund, she called someone from the office. The suggestion is to close lobbies if the staff can't manage both the drive-thru and lobby efficiently. Customers expect fast service when visiting a fast-food restaurant.

Yesterday on January 24, [redacted], I ordered food from Taco Bell and unfortunately received someone else's order. Even though I live a bit further away from this Taco Bell location that I usually frequent, I made the effort to return the next day with my receipt and the incorrect food I received. However, the staff was unhelpful, and despite my efforts to contact them, I did not receive any assistance. I even spoke to the manager, who supposedly denied my request for a refund. I want to clarify that this mistake was not on my part as I was given the wrong order.

A few days ago, I had a negative experience at the McHenry, IL location due to a wrong order and poor employee attitude. After contacting the customer service line and being promised a $5.00 reward for the inconvenience, I have yet to receive it. Moreover, on 1-26-[redacted], I arrived to find the dining area closed without any notice, and when I called the next day seeking clarification, I was misled by an employee named Blanca about the dining area's status. I visited your Kodak branch tonight and ordered a part pack with half hard and half soft shell with meat and cheese only. I also ordered a 5-box meal with a chalupa containing meat, cheese, and sour cream only, a taco with meat and cheese only, and two cinnamon twists. Unfortunately, all of my food was made incorrectly as everything was regular and there were no cinnamon twists at all. I didn't receive a receipt, so I couldn't drive back without it. I've been trying to call the branch for the past 3 hours, but their phone has been constantly busy. I hope to have my food remade correctly so we can have our meal tonight. Thank you for your help.

Surveillance footage should capture the moment when he threw his hat on the ground, made verbal threats, and suggested a physical altercation, all because of my complaint about a two-dollar beefy burrito melt that was unsatisfactory. Having a solid education in the food industry, I could sense that proper protocol was neglected in preparing the meal. When I politely and firmly requested a refund, chaos ensued due to the manager's inappropriate behavior. I urge you to review the video footage to witness the unprofessional conduct of this individual you have entrusted with managerial responsibilities.
