T-Mobile charged me $***.** dollars to activate * lines of service and after paying I was then told they couldn’t activate phone because AT&T would not release phone. I’ve now waited * months trying to get my money. Being a retired police officer I’ve seen a lot of scams but this is unbelievable from a major company. All I want is my money back.
GetHuman-hoghalle did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
