I have * hot spot boxes through TMobile for about a year,because we were told they didn't have home internet where we live. I went in a TMobile to pay my bill and was told after I canceled the hot spots that my bill would only be around $** mthly, after I paid off the hot spots. Now my bill on the app says I owe $*** and I have tried canceling the hot spots * times and was told to wait because I would get charged more if I canceled them now. I am so frustrated! I wished I didn't get so many different answers on what to do! It's very frustrating!! And of course, I am the only one that suffers because they are not paying triple on their bill! I'm thinking about putting this on Google review! This is not right to be treated this way!!!
