MY ISSUE IS THAT I HAVE TRYING TO REACH A LIVE PERSON THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH NOT WHAT EVER YOU HAVE ANSWERING THE PHONES ALL THEY SAY IS NO I CAN NOT TRANSFER YOU TO A HELP CALL CENTER IN THE US SO I HAVE WASTED OVER * HOURS OF MY TIME WITH NO ANSWER TO MY QUESTION. IF A PERSON CAN PLEASE CALL ME IT WOULD REALLY NICE I HAVE BEEN WITH STRAIGHT TALK FOR ABOUT NINE YEARS NOW BUT RETHINKING ABOUT STAYING WITH STRAIGHT TALK. SO IF YOU COULD CALL ME AT *** *** **** OR EMAIL ME A PHONE CALL WOULD BE EASIER THANK YOU LEONA KLIPP
