Dear Stacey, I am still waiting for the refund on my USAA AMEX card ending in [redacted]. I have contacted USAA multiple times, but the refund has not been processed for Confirmation #3JDVCI. It has been two billing cycles, and the refund is yet to reflect. I have spoken to different representatives like Janice, Jennifer, Shanna, and Barb who all mentioned that the refund is pending or not processed. This delay is frustrating as I had to incur charges to reschedule a flight due to Hurricane Irma. I have never experienced such a delay with a credit card refund before. I just want my money back. I flew with Southwest Airlines on Flight [redacted] on Thursday, November 29 at 6:30 AM. Unfortunately, my luggage was damaged during transit to my destination. I was shocked to see it in such a dirty, torn up condition. I would like to make a formal complaint and request a refund for the damaged luggage. I have photographic evidence of the damage, and the cost of the luggage was $75. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I purchased early boarding for my son so he could access the A section of the plane, but we received a notification about a one-hour delay as we were heading to the airport. We decided to grab a bite to eat, and then we received a message indicating an earlier boarding time than originally scheduled. This led to a stressful situation where he barely made the earlier boarding time, only to be seated separately from me. I believe I overpaid for the service and feel deceived by the advertisement, paying almost $[redacted] more for the ticket. I am requesting a full refund considering the circumstances, especially as my son, who has a disability, had to navigate the airport by himself despite my request for assistance.

I made a mistake when booking one of my flights and I wish to cancel it. At the time of booking, I had recently been approved for a Southwest Airlines credit card, and I would like to update my payment method from my Wells Fargo Debit Card to the new Southwest Airlines credit card to take advantage of the rewards offered for new applicants. I was unaware that my debit card would be charged, and I need to rectify this before the payment is processed. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a representative to resolve this issue promptly.

I usually fly with SouthWest, but I have concerns about the safety of flights with vaccinated pilots and crew due to reported cases of adverse reactions. I purchased an upgrade to ensure my wife and I could travel together, but I was forced to move seats. The new seat was next to a large person, making it impossible to use the tray table, armrest, and seat belt properly. I ended up with slight bruises on my legs and ribs from being pressed against the aisle armrest. Customer service advised me to call, but I had difficulties reaching them as the phone disconnected three times. I need assistance with this issue.

I've made 4 attempts to contact Southwest Airlines about confirmation 4GSVSD, but I keep getting placed on hold and then the call disconnects. The website states I need to call to make changes or cancel at least 10 minutes before the flight, but it's impossible when customer service keeps hanging up. This is the 4th time this has happened. Southwest changed my flight to have a longer layover in Dallas and arrive close to midnight without informing me. I specifically chose a daytime flight and paid $15.00 for a refundable ticket. I've tried calling the cancellation and refund lines but they keep hanging up after taking my information. My niece, who the reservation is for, has had two heart attacks and a stroke and should not be traveling late at night due to health issues.

I had a flight scheduled with the confirmation number 4CXWQ, but it would have made me late for my son's wedding in Salt Lake City tonight. I found a Delta Airlines flight that allowed me to make it in time. However, my luggage is still in Las Vegas, and I urgently need it sent to Salt Lake City. I experienced a delay with my Southwest Flight [redacted] scheduled for Thursday, 12/21, from Oakland to Los Angeles. The departure time changed numerous times, eventually leaving at 11am. I contacted Southwest multiple times for assistance but had long hold times and even got disconnected after waiting for over an hour. Due to the inconvenience and missing my flight, I am requesting a credit for the disrupted journey.

I need to change my 86-year-old mom's flight. Her flight was canceled yesterday from Oakland Airport to PDX Airport. I've booked a new flight for her tomorrow at 6:45 a.m. I want to extend her trip until December 27 instead of leaving on December 26. The new flight from PDX to Oakland will depart at 6:15 p.m. arriving at 8:00 p.m. I'm hoping to switch the day and time without any additional fees due to the stress caused by the canceled flight. Please respond promptly as my mom went to the airport only to find out about the cancellation, causing her significant stress at 86 years old. I am attempting to cancel two auto-rebooked flights with Southwest scheduled for December 25th, as well as cancel the last leg of another booking also on December 25th. Despite finding an alternative Southwest flight to my destination, I am unable to cancel these rebooked flights online or through the app. My attempts to reach Southwest over the phone have been unsuccessful, as I am disconnected after being on hold for 40 minutes. I have made multiple attempts over several days to avoid a no-show situation on December 25th.

I encountered three issues that I would like to address: 1. My flight change (confirmation no. 3GEAJW) led to double charges, with reimbursement pending for the first charge. 2. Despite Southwest's exemption notification for flight changes due to the city's inclusion, I was still charged for rescheduling my flight scheduled for January 3rd. 3. Southwest rebooked my flight without notification or consent to Sunday evening after Christmas, following erroneously charging me twice and confirming the initial change of flight. This decision was made without considering my convenience, as I had a specific reason for changing the flight originally.

My travel partner and I experienced multiple delays with our flights last night. We were given false hope for hours before the flight was ultimately canceled. As a result, we returned our rental car, checked our bags, and had to sleep on the airport floor for three hours. We then spent two hours waiting at a rental car shop, incurring additional expenses of $[redacted] plus the cost of [redacted] miles in gas for a 9+ hour drive home. Regrettably, we are unable to locate our bags. We kindly request a full refund be issued to both of our payment methods. Additionally, we urgently need our bags to be delivered to the airport in Oklahoma City today.

I was disappointed when my flight got canceled by the airline because of the weather. I spent over 3 hours on hold to secure new flights, but the representative was unhelpful and not friendly. Eventually, I had to cancel both my departure and return flights. The promise was a refund for the departure flight and Flight Credit for the return flight, however, I only received Flight Credits for both. Additionally, during my search, I found alternative flights that the representative did not present to me. I would appreciate speaking with someone to address these issues.

A few weeks ago, I thought I had made reservations for a round trip to LAS, returning on 30 December. However, when I checked online today, it showed that I had no such reservations. I ended up making a new reservation at a higher price. I believe I forgot to include my FF number ([redacted]53) in the original booking. I do not need two reservations for the same day, and if there are indeed two reservations, I would like to cancel the more expensive one. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. On Christmas Eve, I experienced a flight cancellation after a long wait at the gate due to an undisclosed delay. I am seeking a full refund, but the online options are limited. I have been unable to reach a representative for assistance. My family had made plans and expenses for my visit, making this situation very disappointing. We were rebooked for a different flight, but it doesn't suit us. We need to keep our return flight from Omaha, NE to Denver, CO to Bozeman, MT on Monday, December 26th. We want to cancel the Denver, CO to Omaha, NE flight on Christmas Day to avoid any issues. We were warned that not canceling the Christmas Day flight might lead to our return flight being canceled, but we want to prevent that. Our confirmation number is 3FM8WQ.

I misplaced my luggage at gate C26. My ticket indicated that my flight from Denver to RDU was departing from gate C26, but upon arrival, it was changed to gate C66. Due to a delay in my flight from Denver, I was pressed for time and forgot to retrieve my carry-on. The missing luggage is black, with a red zipper on the top compartment. Could someone assist me? I waited at the airport for three hours due to a delayed flight. After boarding, we were asked to deplane. The airline app showed my flight was rebooked, instructing me to see a gate agent. The agent informed me the next representative would arrive at 2:30, but the airport closes at 3. After being on hold for 2 1/2 hours, I had to rent a room. I bought 2 tickets for my daughter, V.B., and grandson, O.F., from Cleveland to Chicago Midway for December 24, [redacted], on flight #[redacted] at 7:50 pm. Reservation number 2KB73Y.
