I am inquiring about the email address for Southwest Airlines Customer Service. My wife, V. K. and I, R. V. K., have round trip tickets booked with Southwest Airlines. Our confirmation number is T2TCIP. We are both senior citizens (my date of birth is 06/03/[redacted] and Vasanthi's is 09/22/[redacted]). Vasanthi is currently recovering from a severe lung condition and infection that required her to be hospitalized for over a week. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, we are unable to travel anywhere. I am seeking information on how to cancel our tickets and request a refund from Southwest.

Hello, I, Celina English, made flight arrangements for my two high school daughters to visit their grandmother (flight confirmation #TBCCIN). The passengers are Alycia and Arianna English. Although the tickets are non-refundable, due to the recent pandemic declaration, we have had to cancel the trip for health reasons concerning my daughters and their grandmother. While we appreciate the offer of future flight credits, our current priorities have shifted towards ensuring we have enough supplies during this challenging time rather than planning future travel. We understand the impact on the flight industry and hope for your understanding of our situation, as this booking was made prior to the pandemic measures. We kindly request a full refund to the original credit card and thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Celina English

Hello, I need urgent technical support regarding my account and canceling a flight. I tried to cancel my flight, but I'm unable to do so due to an issue with a companion attachment. Even though the companion flight is canceled, it's still causing a problem. I utilized 19,[redacted] points for my flight and I need them credited back to my RR account. My flight details are as follows: - Passenger: Catherine Vargas (April 4 PVD) - Ticket Number: NLX77Z ([redacted][redacted]) Companion details: - Sergio Vargas (April 4 PVD) - Booking Numbers: TQKWS9, NMGL5K, TP3964, TPOQ5H (all canceled except TQKWS9) There are no active flights associated with my booking, and yet I can't cancel. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Catherine Vargas

I purchased a ticket for my two children. I canceled the ticket due to the pandemic. Now, there is a no refund policy, only a credit, which is unacceptable. I am unsure when this credit can be used due to restrictions, especially since one child has moved and may not be flying with the other. I recently discovered that the credit can only be used by the names listed on the ticket, which is disappointing. I believe these policies will harm your company in the long term. This situation is a PR disaster for Southwest. Dealing with refund issues from multiple companies has been frustrating, and I find your practices to be unethical. I do not plan to use your airline again and will be sharing my experience with others. Despite receiving federal assistance, I believe your company's practices are unacceptable.

My spouse and I are marking our 50th Wedding Anniversary this year and have planned a cruise with our children and grandchildren. To reach the ship in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, we need to fly from Chicago Midway. I reserved 12 tickets on Southwest Airlines on 2/27/[redacted]. Due to COVID-19 and work layoffs, we had to cancel our flight bookings on 3/9/[redacted]. Despite my attempts, I couldn't secure a refund of $4,[redacted].52. In these tough economic times, it would be beneficial if Southwest Airlines could show compassion by returning the funds. It seems unfair that they could resell our tickets while keeping our money. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I had a Southwest vacation package but needed to cancel due to my husband's health issues. We bought insurance but were surprised to learn today that we would only be refunded for the hotel, not the airfare. This is disappointing as we were expecting a full refund. The air confirmation number is J72F3C and the package confirmation is 1HL63204. We won't be able to use a credit, so I'm hoping for a refund instead. Please contact me by email or phone. Thanks, Andrea Levy

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our work, our travel plans have been significantly altered. This year marks our 50th Wedding Anniversary, and instead of a large celebration, we opted to take our children and grandchildren on a cruise. We had made reservations with Royal Caribbean and also booked flights with Southwest Airlines from Chicago Midway to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Unfortunately, due to the challenges brought on by the pandemic, including job losses and financial strain, we have had to cancel our trip. I have contacted multiple representatives at Southwest Airlines in an attempt to receive a refund for the $4,[redacted].52 spent on the tickets, but have been unsuccessful so far. I am disheartened by the situation and feel frustrated by the lack of resolution. I hope for a resolution to this issue as it has been a stressful experience.

I made a flight booking for a passenger named Cindy Stringer. The payment was made by her mother, Kathleen Stoner, residing in California. I accidentally entered Cindy's address instead of Kathleen's while filling out the billing details. When I tried to print the confirmation page, it disappeared. Kathleen confirmed that her account was charged, implying the booking went through. Cindy needs the flight information. The flight is on August 12 at 12:05 pm, from Denver to Las Vegas, arriving at 1 pm, costing $78.98. The payment method was a Mastercard ending in [redacted] under Kathleen Stoner's name. The address provided was [redacted] Sheridan Blvd. Arvada, CO, [redacted]. I believe I included Cindy's email, but I'm uncertain. Please send the flight details to [redacted] My email is [redacted] Thank you, Sal Tuzzolino.

Working long shifts can be tough, and I can relate to the challenges of keeping track of dates. I recently booked a flight after finishing a shift, intending it for the following morning. It wasn't until I received a no-show email that I realized my error. I truly wasn't aware of the mistake and was focusing on going back to work. I would be grateful if you could consider accommodating me with a reservation change under the Wanna Get Away policy. I understand and respect the policy but hope you can understand my situation and help me fix this honest mistake. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. I appreciate it greatly.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience on Southwest. As a long-time Southwest traveler and Rapid Rewards member, I was surprised by the customer service on my most recent trip. On July 13, [redacted], I flew from Jacksonville, FL to Las Vegas, NV, with a stopover in Houston, TX. Upon arrival in Houston, I was notified that my flight to Las Vegas was cancelled due to mechanical issues and was rebooked on Flight #[redacted] three hours later. At check-in, I received boarding pass B16 instead of an A Group pass, despite being an A-List member. The gate agent claimed all A Group seats were taken but later offered A1 to me for an additional $40, which I refused. To my dismay, during boarding, none of the A Group seats were occupied from A1 to A25, indicating the gate agent was dishonest and tried to upsell me. This behavior was unexpected from Southwest, where I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Thanks, J. Laurie RR# [redacted]53

I recently received an email notifying me about flight changes to my upcoming trip to New Orleans from October 10-13 and I need to adjust my itinerary. I attempted to make changes online, but I encountered an error stating that modifications have been made which prevent online changes. The message directed me to contact a Southwest Airlines Customer Representative at 1-[redacted]-I-FLY-SWA (1-[redacted]) for assistance. My Confirmation # is SCU3LZ and the reservation is under the name Jeremiah Soria. You can reach me at [redacted]

I recently contacted Southwest to change my flight from MDW to RSW on 10/12/[redacted] to a later date. I found the contact number online and assumed I was speaking directly with Southwest. The representative I spoke with ended up booking me on a flight from ORD to RSW on Spirit Airlines through Cheapflightsfares instead. The confusion arose from me thinking I was dealing with Southwest. I want to ensure my original reservation for October 12th is canceled correctly. The reservation is made under Laveta Busker, account number [redacted]3, confirmation number KPPY66. It's important to note the misleading ads when searching for Southwest Airlines reservations and also the practices of Cheapflightsfares.

Hello, I would like to share some feedback on my upcoming flight on November 7, [redacted]. I will be on flight WN761 departing from Milwaukee to Phoenix at 8:15. Due to a medical condition, I require a thick back brace, so I kindly ask if I could reserve a seat without any seats in front of me to accommodate this. For my return flight on November 14 on flight WN4105 at 12:25, I will also need a reserved seat for the same reason. I want to ensure I'm not making anyone feel cramped during the flights. I appreciate your assistance in making these arrangements. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Thank you, Donna Bohn.

On November 6, [redacted], I contacted Southwest Airlines directly by phone to book a round trip flight from Louisville, Kentucky, to Baltimore, Maryland for November 13th with Confirmation No. LNI5BX. I initially tried to make the reservation online via my smartphone but encountered difficulties with the user interface. Despite selecting a round trip option, I couldn't secure the return flight on the website. After failed attempts online, I called Southwest's reservation line and was quoted $[redacted].96 for the ticket. The agent explained the higher price was due to limited seat availability for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. However, upon receiving my credit card statement, I discovered the ticket cost was $[redacted].96 with an additional $[redacted].00 agent fee. I believe relevant information regarding the fee was not disclosed during the call, leading to confusion and frustration. I would like assistance in disputing the charge and ensuring transparency in future transactions. Please address this concern by contacting me via email at [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, JM.

I have made multiple adjustments to my flight within the first two days of booking. Initially, I thought everything was sorted after the second day. However, an email I received today has left me feeling unsure about my trip. My travel itinerary is as follows: flying from Tucson to Ft. Lauderdale on January 4th, then from Miami to Havana on January 5th. For the return journey, I have a flight from Havana to Ft. Lauderdale on February 5th and then from Ft. Lauderdale back to Tucson on the 6th. Despite my attempt to find a flight from Tampa to Tucson on the 5th and having to adjust the Havana flight to Ft. Lauderdale for an overnight stay, I remained in contact with an agent. The unexpected charge of $[redacted] mentioned in today's email is what's causing me concern.

I have had to reschedule my flights multiple times due to a cruise cancellation. As a result, I have $58.00 for myself and another $58.00 in credits for future use. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be able to utilize these credits before they expire. Recently, I was diagnosed with throat cancer, and my treatment may be prolonged. My confirmation number is V5BQYO. I am kindly requesting if there is any possibility to have these funds refunded to me. It would be a great relief not to lose this money due to circumstances beyond my control, especially since I may need it for my treatments. I am a 74-year-old individual, and any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Richard B.

I recently flew from Las Vegas to Phoenix on Southwest Airlines flight * **** on June **th. I was seated in the left bulkhead aisle seat in the front row. A passenger who needed two seats sat in the middle seat, causing discomfort as he occupied my seat. I had a recent epidural for back issues and a follow-up for my knee, making the situation worsen my medical problems. Despite reporting the issue, the attendants did not address it, leaving me in an uncomfortable position for the duration of the flight. I believe a complimentary one-way ticket would be appropriate compensation for the distress caused. The staff's lack of intervention in this situation was disappointing as I have always enjoyed flying with Southwest without any prior issues. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

Hello, I am reaching out because we need to request an extension for our flight. Despite booking three times, we missed the deadline to ask for an extension. Due to the quarantine in N.Y. and the closure of our Florida hotel, we plan to fly next year and book at a different hotel as the Orlando location we initially booked is facing legal issues. Until the situation is resolved, we are unlikely to receive a refund from the hotel anytime soon, causing frustration as we plan to visit my almost 90-year-old grandmother. Any assistance with extending our flights would be greatly appreciated. My case number is [redacted]6. I was informed during a recent call that today would be the earliest opportunity to request an extension. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Wendy and Josh R.

I have been trying to reach a human for over a week now without any success. Yesterday, I waited on hold for over an hour but had to give up because I had somewhere to be. I couldn't find an email for Customer Relations, so I thought I'd try my luck here. Last year, we had planned a trip to Florida to celebrate our 30th anniversary, which got disrupted by Covid. We rescheduled for October but encountered more issues. While we received refunds for other expenses, Southwest only offered a travel credit that we thought could be used as a refund. Unfortunately, I found out too late that the credit was only valid for "travel" until the 17th. We cannot afford to lose almost $[redacted]. Our reservation codes are R9ETAY6938 & R9ETAY6946 under the names K. and R. Wessel. We are looking to book Flight #[redacted] on May 29th for $[redacted] and Flight #[redacted] on June 7th for $[redacted] each.

I would like to request a change in destination for my ticket from Fort Lauderdale to Norfolk VA in April. The website is not functioning properly, as I have encountered issues when trying to reset my password. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received a new password via email. Additionally, when I attempted to reach out via the chat line, they requested sensitive information from a credit card that I do not have access to since my Wife passed away last October. I am unable to provide the date on the card or the CCV number. Kindly, please assist me with this ticket exchange situation. Thank you.
