Dear Members, My name is Alexandru Bratosin, and I found your services through a YouTube video. I am seeking assistance regarding a refund issue with Sam’s Club. I signed up for a membership at Sam’s Club, but canceled it within 2 days. Despite my attempts to request a refund through my account, all my access has been closed. I have contacted them over 5 times by phone and email to no avail. Each time I speak with support, they assure me that the refund will be processed by April 25th or within 72 hours, but the payment has not been issued. It has been nearly a month, and I am still waiting for my refund. I am reaching out to you for help as I have seen your track record in assisting others in similar situations. I am eager to get my money back, which is rightfully mine, but have had no success thus far. Any advice or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, upon entering my payment details, the transaction was declined, likely due to the website updating and not reflecting the instant savings discounts correctly. After investing extensive time and effort into this, I remain hopeful for assistance to rectify the situation, avail the discounts, and complete my purchase smoothly. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated, as I have exhausted my options and am eager to resolve this matter promptly.

I believe that the breach of security by your company has resulted in significant damage to my family. The financial, temporal, and trust implications are unimaginable. As a mother of two young girls, I had to change my phone numbers, email address, and all associated accounts. This was necessary due to the interconnected nature of emails and phone numbers. I relied on your system to address the issue, identify the perpetrator, and prevent future occurrences. However, there was a lack of effort, concern, or willingness to take action and address potential theft within your organization. On June 18, [redacted], a successful home delivery was made, but on Father's Day, June 19, [redacted], fraudulent charges for over 23 Apple watches were detected on my credit and debit cards from Sam's Club. Despite reporting the incident to various parties, including filing a police report on July 1, [redacted], the response from Sam's Club's Walmart Global Investigations regarding the identity theft was lacking essential details and proper investigation. The breach of security has had a profound impact on my life, and I expected more diligence and care from your company to rectify this situation promptly.

As members for a decade, we recently had our card compromised. Initially informed a representative about the issue and was promised a new card in 7-10 days. Upon contacting Synchrony Bank, they indicated it will actually take 20-23 days to receive the replacement card. Given our long-standing membership, I suggested receiving the replacement ahead of new applicants. However, I was informed by the manager that it couldn't be expedited. We heavily rely on our Sam's Club card for purchases. I feel it's necessary for Sam's Corporate Headquarters to be aware of this delay. My first 4 card digits are [redacted]. I recently attempted to place an order on your website for a hoodie, tote bag, and an x necklace for my granddaughter. I used my PayPal card for the payment, which still has my old address on file. Despite the payment being processed successfully according to my bank statement, I am unable to find any confirmation of the order being placed on your site. Regarding incident [redacted]25, an item was shipped to my home and marked as delivered, but the package arrived empty. I shared the State Police Incident investigation details with [redacted] on November 29, [redacted]. Despite this, I have not received any updates or solution to this matter. I reached out to customer service but encountered difficulties in understanding the representative. I requested to speak with a supervisor, was placed on hold, and then the call got disconnected after 10 minutes.

I am reaching out about membership renewal reference number [redacted]71 charged to the City of Carencro's credit card. I did not authorize this payment as our auditors require paper bills for our records. The renewal charge of $[redacted].03 on November 30, [redacted], must be refunded back to the original credit card. As a government entity with elections every 4 years, come January 1, [redacted], we will have a new administration, so we need to update the cardholder's name accordingly.

I recently ordered products for Pickup last week and discovered upon arriving home that one of the boxes, containing Mandarin Oranges, had been ripped open. Several 4 oz pieces were missing, and there was a note inside from an employee suggesting we cancel that particular carton. We only found this note after returning home as the carton had been removed from the box and placed in our trunk. I believe Sam's should provide us with a replacement box at no additional cost. Upon unloading, I realized I only received spaghetti noodles and bay leaves. Seeking assistance, I called and texted but experienced long hold times, and despite promises, no one contacted me from the club. I am unable to return today to resolve this issue at Sam's Club. Can someone offer assistance, please?

I recently bought a four-piece seating set from Sam's Club. I used it yesterday and decided to make the purchase today. After calling ahead to request them to hold it, upon my arrival, I found that one of the four pieces was missing. Despite my request to locate it so I could purchase the complete set, the supervisor was unable to find the missing piece. I was advised to contact Sam's Club customer service to report the missing chair and request a replacement. I have since purchased the set and am now trying to obtain the missing fourth piece, a chair from the Sheffield four-piece seating set. The loveseat, coffee table, and one chair were present, but one chair was missing. The supervisor suggested it might have been misplaced, and they were unsuccessful in locating it. The Cassatt set was on sale as it was the last one available. I have pictures of the advertised set, the price, and my receipt.

After a challenging day receiving chemotherapy for my three cancers due to Agent Orange exposure, I had an unfortunate incident at Sam's Club. Feeling fatigued and irritable, I was short with a cashier during checkout. I realize my behavior was impolite, and I sincerely apologize. The effects of the intensive chemo treatment can be debilitating, affecting my mood and patience. I hope for understanding as I navigate through these difficult times. On days of chemotherapy, I commit to avoiding shopping and going straight home. I value shopping at Sam's Club and hope this situation can be resolved so that I may continue to enjoy the store without any further issues.
