On March 28 at 11:35, my friends (B.I., Y.M.) and I had a planned trip to Prague. The flight was delayed to 1:00 p.m., and despite being at the airport since 10:00 a.m., we were only informed of the delay around 11:30. The airport display still showed the old time of 11:35, so we waited for boarding that never began. By the time we reached the gate at 12:35, we were denied boarding. When we questioned the staff, they responded rudely and threatened to involve security. We remained calm, and there was sufficient time to board us, yet we were turned away. We suffered losses of time and money on this trip. We seek a refund as we were not at fault. Anticipating your response.

I accidentally left a pack of duty-free cigarettes on Flight FR8132 from Stansted to Gran Canaria on 28-4-23 at 6:05. The cigarettes were [redacted] Sterling SuperKing Reds, and we were seated in seats 6E and 6D. I contacted Ryanair, and they advised me to reach out to lost property in Gran Canaria. I am hesitant to do so as I doubt it will lead to a resolution or the return of the cigarettes.

Hello, due to personal reasons, I had to modify my flights (dates, times, and reservations). The following amounts were debited from me: - March 7th: €99.76 - March 24th: €[redacted].15 for flights to and from Belfast. I changed these flights to a round trip to Vienna (Flights reservation G9NT3L/AGLY2T/YEHFYV). As of today, I have paid the differences for the modification but have not received any refund for the previously modified flights. Thank you for providing me with a concrete answer. Regards, M. Hello, I recently booked a reservation, EJK44N through Mytrip.com in Sweden for a Ryanair flight from Stockholm to Bergamo on December 22, [redacted], for 5 people. After receiving a confirmation email, I noticed an error in the passenger details. I accidentally specified Edit Cornelia Holmlund as male instead of female. I attempted to correct this through chat but was unsuccessful. Could you kindly adjust the booking to reflect the correct gender for Edit Cornelia Holmlund? Thank you.

I had a flight booked from Malaga, Spain to Brussels on May 1, [redacted] with reservation number VMF62H. Unfortunately, the flight got cancelled. After applying for a refund, I received confirmation on May 4. The message stated that the refund of [redacted].74EUR has been deposited in myRyanair Wallet. However, when trying to access the wallet, it indicates that there are no funds available. How can I access my refund?

Good evening, I made a huge mistake! I realized that on the day I return from my trip to Rome, I have a celebration. We have the option to reschedule for a week later. My question is: we currently have four extra pieces of luggage weighing 10 kg each booked for the outbound and return flights (September 8th to September 10th). If we rebook for a week later (September 15th to September 17th), will these be automatically carried over or do I need to book and pay for them again? I added them as extras after booking. As a long-time customer who books at least 2 flights annually and made the reservations just 2 days ago, would it be possible to get a free rescheduling? Yesterday, I flew from Amman, Jordan to Vienna, Austria with my checked bag. Upon arrival in Vienna, I couldn't locate my bag even after checking with the airport staff, lost and found, and the police who reviewed the security footage and confirmed it didn't make it to Vienna. After spending an hour and a half at the airport, I had to leave for Germany where I reside.

We have two reservations with your airline. The first one is from FCO to CTA on Ryanair flight FR [redacted] at 11:30 am for Yefim Kunis & Yelena Uchiteleva. The second one is from Palermo to Rome with booking number JMLDKH on Ryanair flight FR [redacted] at 6:40 am for the same passengers. We reside in the USA, and our flight from Newark to Rome on United Airlines flight UA40 for Thursday, May 18, [redacted], was canceled due to a nationwide labor union strike in Italy. We are requesting a refund for our Ryanair tickets as the cancellation was out of our control, preventing us from reaching Rome.

Good evening, I am having trouble booking a ticket for flight FR4357 from Rabat to Paris Beauvais on July 14 under the name Karda Fatima. The system keeps prompting me to use a different card, even though my card is functioning correctly. I attempted with another card, but still, I am unable to secure a reservation. I would also like to mention that I tried making the reservation through the app with my email [redacted] Although the transaction was unsuccessful, I did receive a reservation number N ° GEVMPP on the app, which I can't seem to retrieve. I need to discuss an issue that caused me to miss my pre-paid round-trip ticket from Madrid, Spain to Tangiers, Morocco on May 20, [redacted], at 5:55 on flight #[redacted] for Siena Brown. A delay with another airline was beyond our control, which led to missing this trip we had been looking forward to for so long. Dear Sir or Madam, (Booking DCYT2S) In my desperation, I am reaching out to Ryanair! Regarding the above-mentioned booking, I mistakenly entered the birthplace instead of the last name for one person. Mrs. Helene Hollenstein……..it should actually be Mrs. Helene Gruber…..Hollenstein is the birthplace, this happened because I do not know the lady personally. Since this is not a different person, I do not see why I should pay [redacted] euros for a correction. I have not made any progress in the chatbot and with at least 5 emails. I hope that you can make the correction now. As proof, I am attaching the lady's passport. Please provide urgent assistance, as I have a total of 7 flights booked…. Best regards, Martina R.

During my recent travel from Naples to London on May 20, [redacted], I experienced a distressing incident at the airport. As I waited to board my flight, a staff member singled me out for discriminatory treatment based on my ethnicity. Despite being in line with my husband, we were targeted by an employee checking bags and passports. She insisted we pay an additional fee, only directing this demand at us. I felt humiliated and discriminated against due to my Colombian heritage and skin tone. The episode was exacerbated by her refusal to provide her name when I requested it for a formal complaint. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and should be addressed promptly to prevent such incidents from reoccurring. I have attached a copy of the receipt for your reference.

I made a holiday booking through Love Holidays and have a flight with Ryanair. I am encountering difficulties with customer verification to change seating. The verification link is not accepting my usual Ryanair website login details. I also have another email address from Love Holidays for which I do not have a password. Upon contacting Love Holidays, I keep getting disconnected since my flight is not within the next 28 days. There are 4 adults, 1 15-year-old teenager, and 3 children, two aged 4 and one aged 9, traveling. Though children under a certain age are supposed to have free seating, I am being prompted to pay for them when trying to add them. Furthermore, none of the children are being seated with any adults, as the adult passengers are being assigned seats randomly. I had previously printed a breakdown of the prices and seat assignments, but they seem to have disappeared online. Only the 9-year-old child has a return seat allocated. I have reached out to Ryanair multiple times without success. Their latest suggestion was for me to drive to the airport to address the issue. Hello, My partner reported our suitcase yesterday. We arrived on the 16:55 flight from Cardiff with flight number BLM7UE. Someone mistakenly took our small grey suitcase labeled D James, as it resembled theirs. We returned their suitcase, but ours was not reclaimed. I believe my partner, Owen Illingworth, mistakenly provided my name, Joanna Goodwin, as the one who checked in the bag, although it was actually on his boarding pass (attached). We did not receive a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) to track the lost luggage. Can we complete this process via email? As his legal representative, I aim to address the issue and find a satisfactory solution on his behalf. Mr. Russell encountered difficulties when a Ryanair representative claimed his flight was not booked due to payment issues, leading him to pay $2,[redacted].54 for an alternative booking, despite having a boarding pass. This has caused significant dissatisfaction. Mr. Russell was left with no other travel options and felt let down by the lack of assistance during his first international trip, resulting in unexpected financial stress to reach his destination. Upon reviewing Mr. Russell's bank records, we found charges of $[redacted].62 under reservation number NFTUGJ and an additional $2,[redacted].54 for reservation number FLDRMK. We earnestly request the prompt reimbursement of the latter amount to his Visa card due to the mishandling by Ryanair. We hope for a fair and timely resolution to avoid further escalation. Our party of four, consisting of myself, my husband, and a couple of friends, traveled from Seville, Spain to Cologne, Germany on May 16th, [redacted], with flight number FR1139 departing at 11:25. During the boarding process, I encountered a situation with one of your flight attendants regarding the placement of my cabin baggage. Despite holding a non-priority ticket, I was directed to store my backpack on the cabin floor, which was inconvenient for the duration of the 2.5-hour flight. What puzzled me was that my husband and friend, who also had non-priority tickets, were allowed to store their items in the overhead cabin. The discrepancy in treatment led me to question if there was a basis for this differentiation in service. As a loyal customer, I felt disheartened by the experience and have previously reached out via email without receiving a satisfactory response. I've spent over $[redacted] on calls to Ryanair without any response to my issue. My daughter and I are traveling within Europe with Ryanair from Rome to Dublin, then to Palermo, and finally from Palermo to Venice. Unfortunately, we have lost all our flight confirmation details. I searched for flights from Manchester to Dublin. After booking a ticket, I realized your website displayed Dublin flights without my intention to search for them. This happened recently, and I'm unable to resolve it through the help bot. I prefer not to make an expensive international call and be put on hold for 15 minutes. Please correct this reservation. I want to cancel it and start fresh. I will then book the only Manchester to Galway flight available. This falls within the standard 24-hour change window, and the misleading information provided was not what I requested.

I need help. I am at Barajas airport. Due to family issues, I couldn't make it to my scheduled flight yesterday at 17:30 (reservation number VFWR9M). The airport staff informed me that there is no agency here, only Ryanair personnel for baggage check-in, and flight changes need to be done through Ryanair's website. I'm trying to see if it's possible to salvage anything from the reservation, like the extra luggage fee paid, to use on the next flight to Mallorca. The main website is experiencing issues, and the chat support is not helpful.

Double Booking Issue with Ryanair My wife, I.D. and I, E.D. from Rotterdam, the Netherlands, tried to book a return trip from Eindhoven, Netherlands to Edinburgh, United Kingdom from July 18th to 25th, [redacted]. While booking, I mistakenly entered July 15th as the departure date but tried to correct it before finalizing. However, the website seemed stuck on the 15th which led to multiple unsuccessful attempts. I managed to book the return flight easily (EXH 3) but had trouble receiving emails at the time. After fixing our email service, I successfully booked the outward flights. We later realized we were charged twice for the outward flight (EXH. 6 and 7) when we rarely check our credit card account. Only during recent calls with the helpdesk did we uncover the issue. They requested I explain the situation and send supporting documents through chat. How can I proceed with this?
