Hello, My name is Steven Shirley, and I flew with Ryanair yesterday, November 30th, from Faro to Manchester on flight FR4087 departing at 11:20 am. My booking reference is SKNLJH. Upon arriving in Manchester and leaving the arrival terminal, I discovered that I had left my black wallet on the plane. I believe it might have slipped under the seat, as I was seated in 03F, but someone else mistakenly took my seat. I couldn't file a lost property report with Ryanair as I lacked the required report reference number from the arrivals area and couldn't go back there. Instead, I went to Ryanair departures where the flight assistance team was very helpful. They checked if my wallet had been found on the flight, but unfortunately, it hadn't and was already on its way back to Faro. I contacted the Ryanair desk and police desk at Faro airport today, but they also hadn't received my wallet. However, the Ryanair staff mentioned that the flight was heading back to Manchester, and I hope that the overnight cleaning crew might have found my wallet, which contains important documents and cards. I am struggling to find a contact number for Ryanair at Manchester airport and am unable to file a lost report. Can you please help me with this urgent issue? Best regards, Steven Shirley

I am trying to print my airline tickets. I attempted to contact Ryanair for assistance. Initially, they were supposed to send me a confirmation number to my email address. Regrettably, I have not received any emails from them; not in my inbox, spam, or junk folders. When I went through a similar procedure with Vueling, the email arrived promptly. Could you please provide guidance on how to proceed? My reservation number is LG52XG for a flight from Mallorca to Alicante on December 26, [redacted], departing at 8:55 PM. Hello, Yesterday, I tried to book a flight ticket with you. However, I encountered a technical issue during the booking process. After receiving an error message on the first attempt, I tried again and it worked. Later, I noticed that the first booking also went through. Please cancel the first booking. During my flight booking, there was a technical glitch on the website stating, "Something went wrong. Please try again later." I was concerned that my ticket purchase did not go through. Upon retrying, I found a more suitable option at a better price and proceeded with the payment. Yesterday, I noticed that both options were charged to my PayPal account by Ryanair. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and cancelling booking Nr. DBT9FC.

PC[redacted]9 I made a reservation through a website that forwards reservations to ParkVia. I received the confirmation of my booking, but I got an email saying that they no longer work with ParkVia/ParkCloud/Ryanair. To get a refund for the reservation, I need to reach out to Ryanair because ParkVia won't provide the service as it was canceled in April. Thank you!

I am having trouble checking in with Ryanair. They claim to have sent a security code via email, but I have not received it after trying five times. I need this code to complete the check-in process. Vueling, on the other hand, successfully sent me an email that I received on my PC. With Ryanair, all I have is a printed reservation document with the reservation number, names, flight details, and times. I am hoping for assistance with this matter.

I used 'Opono' to book flights from Alicante to Mallorca. Upon trying to check in with Ryanair, a security code was supposed to be sent to my email, but despite multiple attempts, I haven't received it. Vueling, on the other hand, successfully sent an email that I received directly on my PC. I urgently need Ryanair to send the email or contact me at 0[redacted][redacted]. All I have from Ryanair is a paper with the reservation number, the names of my wife and myself, the flight number, and the departure and arrival times. I am unsure if this is sufficient information to check in at the airport. I hope someone can assist me with this issue.

I attempted to contact Raynair customer service through the website, phone, and chat yesterday without success in obtaining a refund or receiving any response. It appears that the website does not have a refund option available as indicated. I have been trying to cancel our reservation that was made on Friday, December 2, [redacted], at 4:10 PM Los Angeles time. Our first attempt was also on Friday, December 2, [redacted], at 9 PM with no success. We are concerned about the approaching 24-hour window for a full refund. Unfortunately, shortly after booking our flights, our daughter experienced a medical emergency, and we are unable to proceed with the trip. As it has been less than 24 hours, we are requesting a full refund for our reservation with the number WC8E7S. Thank you, L

Hello, I recently traveled from Memmingen, Germany, to Tel Aviv, Israel. Even though I had a return ticket and confirmed accommodation, I was denied entry to Israel and deported to Berlin, [redacted] km away from my original departure point. Upon arrival, I realized my luggage was missing, and I have been trying to reach out to the company for days without any response.

Hello, my name is Abdulqadir Hassan. I had a flight booked from Billund, Denmark to London STN on 11/12/22. The flight was cancelled after a 2-hour delay. I tried to talk to someone for help at the airport, but unfortunately, I couldn't get any assistance. I had work to do and ended up spending the whole night at the airport without sleeping. Good evening, I flew from Krakow to Tel Aviv on 25.10.22 and returned on 29.10.22 to Krakow, but my luggage is missing. Tel Aviv airport staff assured me it would be there, but upon arrival, it was not. An employee took my details, but no one is answering my calls. How much longer should I wait? There are valuable items in my luggage, and I am concerned about compensation. Additionally, during check-in, my surname was incorrectly written as Yoloshyna instead of Voloshyna. Good evening, I flew from Krakow to Tel Aviv on the 25th of October [redacted], and returned to Krakow on the 29th of October [redacted] without my luggage. I was informed in Tel Aviv that my luggage would arrive, but upon my arrival, it was not there. I provided all my details to your staff, but no one answers the phone when I call. How much longer should I wait? There are valuable items in my luggage, and I am concerned about the financial loss. Upon landing, the staff did not notice that my surname was misspelled on my luggage tag. It was labeled as "Yoloshyna Olena" instead of "Voloshyna Olena". Please return my luggage. I bought the following flights: Passenger: Mr NS - Outbound Flight: FR9128, Seat 18E, Checked Bag (20kg), Plus - Inbound Flight: FR1500, Seat 18E, Checked Bag (20kg), Plus Passenger: Mr ES - Outbound Flight: FR9128, Seat 18F, Checked Bag (20kg), Plus - Inbound Flight: FR1500, Seat 18F, Checked Bag (20kg), Plus I purchased these tickets for a trip from Stansted to Turin. While I had no issues with the checked bags on the outbound flight, I was told by baggage handlers at Turin Airport that having the checked bag on the Mr. Extra Item Seat for the return flight wasn't possible. As a result, I had to buy an additional checked bag under a colleague's name who was traveling with me to get the bag back home.

Dear team, I am reaching out via email as I have encountered an issue with my canceled flight FR6215 from Dortmund to Kraków on 12.12.[redacted]. Despite visiting the service desk at the airport, I was informed that no alternative options were available, and accommodation could not be provided as the next week's flights were fully booked. I was surprised to receive an email later stating that my flight had been rescheduled for 13.12.[redacted] at 09:10. This information contradicts what was communicated to me by your assistant at the airport. Due to this confusion, I have made alternative travel arrangements from Berlin to Kraków via Flixbus. I was assured by your assistant that my expenses, including the Flixbus ticket (€86), the ticket from Dortmund airport to Dortmund (€9), and the unused Ryanair ticket, would be refunded. Good afternoon, I experienced an issue with Ryanair's booking page on December 7, [redacted], which led me to believe my desired flight wasn't booked. Surprisingly, the next day, I was able to book it. However, I later discovered that both bookings went through on HJN78H and TLRL7R with the respective email addresses [redacted] and [redacted] for the flight on December 17, [redacted], VIE-PMI at 19:40lt. Hello, I have a couple of inquiries. I have applied for a new passport for my upcoming trip to London. Although it is taking longer than anticipated to receive it from the citizen's office, I already have the passport number and its details. Can I book a flight for March [redacted] prior to receiving my passport? Is it possible to book a flight by providing only the passport number? I expect to have my passport within the next 2 weeks, but I would like to arrange my flight now.

Dear Sirs, Subject: Lost Computer (Microsoft Surface Pro 8) at Airport Checkpoint I am reaching out to report the loss of my computer on December 14th, [redacted], at Charleroi Airport. The incident occurred around 4:20 pm during the check-in process for Ryanair flight RK [redacted] to Manchester scheduled for 17:55. Upon arriving in Manchester around 9:00 pm, I discovered that my computer, a Microsoft Surface 8 Pro in grey, 13-inch, compact design, was missing from my belongings. I suspect an oversight by airport security led to this unfortunate situation. I am eager to have my computer, a crucial tool for my job, returned to me expeditiously. Booking Reference: TK6R4B. Our flight, FR4079, scheduled for 06/28/[redacted] from Alicante International Airport to Newcastle, was canceled, leading to a significant delay and inconvenience. We are in the process of an EU261 claim, which was submitted along with all required documentation several months ago. Despite the passage of six months, the claim remains unresolved. After the cancellation, we were accommodated in a hotel, followed by a flight to Leeds Bradford Airport, from where we had to make our way to Consett Co Durham independently. During my trip to Sardinia, Italy, with a friend who has a visual impairment, we encountered numerous issues while trying to travel to Milan. After realizing my flight was not reserved, I frantically attempted to contact Ryanair Italy for help, only to face a language barrier and a disconnection. This led to a stressful situation where I had to deal with flight reservations and car rentals urgently. Ultimately, I had to physically go to the airport to address the problems, which caused significant distress. The escalating stress led to a physical episode, which required medical assistance on-site. Despite receiving some help from airport staff, the overall experience was overwhelming. Regrettably, my friend had to travel alone to Milan and continue to Monaco without me due to the circumstances. The lack of multilingual customer service, the high stress levels, and the impact on my friend's travel arrangements have left me frustrated and seeking compensation for the poor service provided by Ryanair.
