Good morning … we bought tickets on August * from Frankfurt to Palma de Mallorca! The flight was canceled and until today we have not received our refund of €*** … I have already ordered several times … I went to speak at the Ryanair counter the man who works there said that our money had already been sent and he gave a* Account number that is not ours! Our account number is the same as the one we buy airline tickets!
