Checks were issued by Laurel County Clerk's Office, London, Kentucky, to Quicken Loans as reimbursement for overpayment of recording fees. The checks have not been cashed and are now stale. On Quicken Loans letterhead we need a response that states the checks were not received by Quicken Loans or were received and still in your possession, just not cashed. If Quicken Loans has the checks we are requesting they be sent back to us so we can issue a check back to Quicken Loans.
