Good Afternoon,*We are a Property Management Company specialising in the management of retirement apartments for the over **’s, spread out across the UK. We currently manage in excess of *** properties. *Generally we have a contingency to move our owners to a place of safety in the unlikely event that we would need to evacuate a development due to fire of flood, but during this difficult time dealing with the Coronavirus we cannot ensure that our usual “Place of safety” is available, and so I have been asked to contact all the major hotel chains to see if you are able to assist? *Should we need to evacuate any of our properties in an emergency situation are you able to provide us with overnight accommodate for our owners, most of whom are elderly and some vulnerable?*I would be grateful for a response and would welcome a telephone call from a representative at your earliest convenience. *If I have misunderstood the navigation of your website, could you please point me in the direction of the correct person to contact regarding this request.*Many thanks, Lisa Brooker.
