I have been on the phone for over an hour with people about this but they keep asking for my credit card info, and have not been helpful at all.*I have not used Intuit Payment Solutions in many years, yet upon me closing this bank account, was made aware that Intuit Payment Solutions has continued to remove funds from my accounts- two of the latest- **** for $**, and **** for $**, caused me two charges for overdraft of $**. each. Charges go back to July of ****, the account was cancelled by then and we are sure you will see it has not been used. Charges have ranged from $***mo, to $**.**, to $** to the latest charge of $**. I have no idea what these charges are for, they have been deducted without any authorization, and I am needing these charges to be refunded immediately. The Id* attached to the description of charges on my bank account deduction is ***************.*The company name is Darby Design Group. My number is ***-***-****.*I used to have QB Online and Desktop version. I have been an active user of Ivy software for almost * years and have had no need for Quickbooks. I had a bookeeper inquire about it a few years ago for other needs, beyond that, the company has not had communication or a need for QB services... Please contact me ASAP to resolve this.
