i order a bethleham lighted tree *ft. flocked * in * Heritage item H******) *n ******** they said it was in stock and would be deliveed on ******** that day came and went with no delivery. i called several times spoke to aida, jorden, jeffifer, and supervisior sherri on ********. noone seemed to know anything . they said they sent me an e mail on the **th which i did not receive. she siad she would get back to me. she finally sent me an e mail on ******* stating that this item was not available for immediate shippment. it sound to me that my tree that was in stock on ******** wa given to someone else. it upsets to know that you did this to me.. as you can see by my account i wa a loyal customer . i my turn this into a very DISsatiisfied customer without a tree WE NEED A TREE JUST LIKE THE ONE ORDERED
GetHuman5511100 did not yet indicate what QVC should do to make this right.
