Hello, I am looking for a keypad mobile phone that can automatically receive calls without needing headphones. I have noticed that some QMobile keypad phones offer this feature, but they require headphones to be inserted for it to work. I am specifically searching for a mobile phone that uses a Nokia battery and has the capability to answer calls without headphones. Please advise me if you have this type of keypad phone available for purchase, and I will proceed with ordering it promptly. If such a phone is not currently in stock, kindly consider creating a model with this feature, and I am willing to pay the requested amount for it. I would appreciate your prompt response. Thank you.

I purchased a new Qmobile [redacted] feature phone one week ago and have encountered several issues with it. Firstly, the battery does not last even a day without any talk time. When using the phone for calls, it only lasts 2 to 3 hours or even less. Secondly, the voice quality is poor with unclear sound, which might be due to a microphone problem. I kindly request to have the phone checked to address these issues.

I purchased a Q Smart Hot 5 from Daraz.pk approximately 2 weeks ago, and it was working well for me. However, today my Android phone won't turn on, and there is no logo displaying when I try to start it - the screen is completely black. I attempted to turn it on using the Power Button, but there was no response from the device. I also tried to charge the phone, but there was no battery indication displayed on the screen. I have a one-year warranty card. Can someone please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

I recently purchased a sealed Q Mobile Hot 1 from RWP Imperial Market on 13/11/[redacted]. Upon using the phone, I encountered issues with overheating, slow battery charging (taking 5 to 6 hours), and poor battery life. I took the phone to the customer service center located in RWP Akhtar Plaza for assistance. They accepted the phone for repair and provided a return date of 24/11/[redacted]. Despite visiting after the due date, my phone was not repaired, and numerous calls to the office went unanswered. The staff's behavior was unprofessional. I have exhausted all complaint channels provided by the company but to no avail. My contact number is [redacted]3. I urge for a prompt resolution to my concern.

I am currently experiencing issues with QMobile's service. Despite being promised a working phone with a military discount, I have received a faulty SIM card and a new Android phone without the necessary microchip, rendering both devices useless. I have attempted to contact QMobile via email without any resolution. Additionally, they charged me for the phone that was meant to be free for military personnel. This has left me without a reliable phone for four weeks. I want to alert other veterans to be cautious when dealing with QMobile. Greg M. Hello, I own a Q Mobile I6 Metal 1 that is experiencing a problem. Whenever I attempt to open an app on my phone, a message appears saying that "the launcher has stopped," preventing me from using anything on my device. I have tried various troubleshooting methods without success, including performing a factory reset which only made things worse. Now, when I try to unlock my phone, I receive another message stating that "com.android.settings has stopped." This renders my phone completely unusable.
