They take almost ** minutes between checking the email ** times and showing it to every manager and employee there is which make us loose time. ***. It's supposed to be that we pay *.** jd and get a free sandwich, BUT THEY ASKED US TO PAY *.** JD AND WHEN WE ASKED WHY?? THEY SAID THIS IS HOW IT IS NOW!!!! When the email doesn't say such a thing, and we have been doings surveyes and taking this gift for years and we always pay the same, but now out of the sudden the price is doubled but still the price of the regular drink is not changed and when we asked them where does the difference in price goes? For what is it payed!!? They said we don't know and you can ask the management. UNQUALIFIED STAFF WITH NO INFORMATION. ***. I called the complaint number in jordan that is (*********) for ** times and they didn't answer any!!!! Then i called the life number where a girl answered and i explained the issue, she as well didn't have any explanation. AND SAID WE WILL REDIRECT YOU TO THE MANAGEMENT, AND DIRECTED ME TO THE SAME BRANCH AGAIN THAT DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING . Thought i insisted that she turn us to the area management not branch. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! ***. the branch called as and said that he doesn't know anything and they didn't have anything to say and to recall that same numebr!!! NO CONSISTENCY BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS..!!! ***. We again contacted the same number and answered us another girls. And after ** minutes of explaining she said the area manager will contact you IMMEDIATELY!!!!! And no one called for an hour!!! So we recalled again!!! Another guy answered and said ( SORRY WE CAN'T REDIRECT YOU TO MANAGEMENT JUST LEAVE US YOUR CONPLAINT!!!!!!!) and after arguing and insisting he said okay he will call you and we asked for his name or his position he started laughing and DIDN'T TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!!!!!!! ***. (MOST IMPORTANT) after ** minutes, the area manager finally calls, name( FAROUK SHAKER) number : (**********)!! So we told again the issue, he was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DEFENSIVE!!! HE WAS YELLING!!! AND SAYING ( THIS IS HOW IT IS, THIS IS THE NEW PRICE LIKE IT OR NOT, WE DON'T WANT TO ADJAST ANYTHING, WE GIVE NOTHING FOR FREEE AND THERE'S NO FREE SANDWICH!!!!!!!!!!) and he insisted that the Regular drink has a new price which is *.**, and when we told him no and we know the prices as regular customers and we have just been on the branch and asked for how much he said this is what you get now!!! Not giving us any satisfying answers or caring about our experience or how to please us after this treatment!!!! ***So i wanna know and i want to GET AND ANSOWR ABOUT THE EXTRA *.**!!! where is tk from!!! Why now out of a sudden, AND WHY YOU SEND EMAIL SAYING SOMETHING AND IN THE BRANCHES SOMETHING ELSE!!! **I'm a regular popeyes customer, but after this treatment never again, I WILL BE GIVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND MY PERSONAL FOOD BLOG!!!
