Today around *:** January **th ****. I went to the Popeyes located **** South Stony Island Chicago Illinois ***** store number *****. I purchased two biscuits one regular size cajun fries and I made a separate order a *piece spicy chicken with a biscuit. After receiving my order I noticed I had one box I open it up and both of my two separate orders was placed inside a one box all piled on each other. I explained to the young lady at the drive-thru window that I made two separate orders why is all my full-powered on each other the young lady at the window had a attitude and said nothing was wrong with my full it just all power than one box I tried to explain to the young lady that both of the orders is not mine and if it was mine is not professionally prepared right so I park my car and I went in the inside I talk to the manager (ms. Green) and the manager had a attitude as well as everyone else working inside. they all start laughing. The manager attempted to separate my full and put it in different boxes and bags I explained to them that now that has become cross-contamination. They all gave me a hard time they even lied and said that they threw the food away in the garbage I asked them show me the garbage that you just threw my food in because I want my food repair and placed in their own single container they gave me a hard time I asked for her manager I even asked for the corporate number they refused to give it to me and they continue to mock me degrade me and belittle me in front of other customers, as if my concern about my food wasn't a legitimate complaint. The employees are very unprofessional they didn't even give me apology about my fool how it was mishandled. I've been a loyal customer of Popeyes for over ** years I never seen such rudeness unprofessionalism ever in my life. I believe every employee that Popeyes located on **th and Stony Island need to be reminded or they limitations and duties. The manager by the name of Miss green need to step down the young lady in the Drive-Thru and everybody else who was laughing and mocking me all needs to be replaced. I do not want to take this public but if nothing is done about this I would go public I will place it all on your website and I'm thinking about taking it a step further to the Board of Health.
