I entered the restaurant & the only cashier was counting her drawer for about * minutes. I waited patiently & was finally able to give my order. She repeated my order to the associates, but mixed it up. I immediately corrected her & she became very abrasive. And then I became abrasive. I had just gotten off work & was getting dinner for my family, I was very tired. The cashier decided NOT to serve me & I told her that was unexceptable. She called the police, but before they arrived another cashier took my order. I have been patronizing this Popeyes restaurant for almost ** years & have never been treated so badly. I feel that she should be replaced. I was told that she was the manager. I arrived at * pm at the Popeye’s in North Chicago, IL.
