So my complaint is also a question. * * So I went to your Popeyes on Western and *** freeway in Oklahoma City on Monday Dec. **th **** at around *pm. * I walked in abd I asked for the Christmas Feast. So I proceeded to order my chicken as so.....nonspicy with * spicy breast. The clerk vehind the counter said that they could bot give the chicken to ne that way. That it was company policy l. * At that time I asked him why ajd when did it change, because I had always ordered it that way because I was the only person in my family that ate spicy. That if I had ordered half in half what was the difference? He t*ld me it would mess up the order of the chicken. * I then got in an uncomfortable mind and wanted to just say forget it, that I could go somewhere else to eat. Then I thought that hey, I would disappoint my family. They wanted Popeyes. So I bought the chicken anyway and ordered regular chicken. * So as I got my order I asked for butter and honey for our biscuits. They clerk advised me that they did not have honey nor butter. So I got disappointed again!* This was not my first time being disappointed with that store. The manager has know control nor as I feel lnow respect for the customer. If I have been ordering KY meals like this for since I could remember why did it change or did it change?
