My brother used my account while I was with my girlfriend at her place. He joined a group party on PlayStation where some people were rude and cursed at him. After he left, they continued to send messages and voice recordings cursing at him. Regrettably, my brother also used inappropriate language, resulting in my account being banned. I'm upset because I have valuable items stored on that account.

I recently asked my boyfriend to leave last month. He hasn't canceled his PlayStation subscription that is linked to my bank account. I've had to pay for it twice because my bank couldn't cancel it, and PlayStation won't help as I'm not the account owner. I am currently experiencing several issues with your services. Last week, my credit card was used fraudulently to purchase games after my account was hacked. I managed to have the charges reversed by my bank, only to find that I was banned due to the chargebacks. Although I was reinstated initially, I was later banned again because the hackers had used multiple cards, causing further chargeback problems. I have been unable to log in or play games since Friday, meaning I have not been able to enjoy the PS5 my wife bought me for Christmas. It is frustrating not being able to access my account and play video games. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

Yesterday, I received three emails regarding my account. The first one mentioned that 2-step verification was turned off, the second one said it was turned on, and the third one thanked me for purchasing a $70 game. However, when I tried to log in, I realized my password had been changed. I managed to reset my password, but now the 2-step verification is linked to a different phone. Hello and Happy New Year! Recently returned from a New Year's vacation in Florida, I was thrilled to play my game again after being away. To my disappointment, I discovered that my account has been banned once more. Inquiring with my younger brother, who had access while I was gone, I found out he engaged in inappropriate behaviors with other users. This situation has occurred before, resulting in short suspensions that were manageable. However, a two-month ban is excessive, especially since we share the account and he repeatedly misuses it. I have decided not to allow him to use my PS4/5 any longer and kindly request that you review my case for unsuspension as I am not responsible for the recent violations. I have a Playstation 4 and needed to change my password because I forgot it. After changing it, I was directed to a two-factor verification page that sent a code to my old phone number. I cannot access my backup codes as I am unable to sign into the Playstation Network. I require assistance to update my account information, change my phone number, and regain access to the Playstation Network.

Good afternoon, I am seeking clarification as to why my account was banned. The individual who reported me was the one who initiated contact and I simply responded with emojis. I was playing a game of 2k with random players when this person began making derogatory remarks through the game chat. I received a message from them and replied with emojis and a screenshot of my in-game statistics in 2k23. I feel unjustly banned and would appreciate a fair explanation. Being unable to access my account prevents me from enjoying games with my friends. I have an upcoming tournament and the uncertainty of my account status is concerning. I kindly request a response regarding the reason for my account ban.

I purchased a PlayStation VR bundle with Beat Saber (digital code) at the end of [redacted]. After not playing for a few years, I recently tried to reinstall the game from my library. However, I encountered a lock icon and an error message stating, "Cannot use the content. To use the content, purchase it from the PlayStation store." I am confused as I have already purchased the game. I have been unable to reach PlayStation for assistance. Phone services are unavailable, and live chat support could not access my account. They provided a link for further support, but it led to the same issue. I hope someone can assist me with this problem.

On the 14th of December, according to my email history, the email login was changed, and I am unsure how to identify the new email. I have made several attempts to regain access without success. I take security seriously and do not share my login details or engage in risky online behavior. I am concerned about the vulnerability of my account. My son's account was hacked on January 16th, resulting in a $99.99 charge to my account. I received an alert asking for a password reset due to a sign-in attempt from an iPhone in Oakland, though we don't reside there. After discussing this with my son, we followed the provided link to change his password. Subsequently, I received another email confirming a purchase under order number [redacted]30. I contacted customer service on January 17th, but missed them due to work hours. The following day, I spoke with a representative, potentially named Robert, who seemed detached and kept reading a script. Despite explaining the situation, I was told the charge couldn't be refunded due to it being flagged as a cancellation. This response was frustrating as the issue stemmed from unauthorized access, hence not a cancellation. The representative's dismissive manner and the reference number email he sent afterwards inaccurately summarizing our conversation left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied. I recently lost a game of FIFA, and things escalated when my opponent sent me a message criticizing my skills. I responded with a simple "ok," but then found myself banned from the PSN shortly after. I find this situation frustrating and unfair. It seems unreasonable to receive a ban for such a minor interaction when there are players who provoke others without consequence. I am disappointed by Sony's handling of this issue and the lack of a transparent process to contest these bans. I feel unjustly penalized in this scenario. If this continues, I might consider switching to Xbox next year.

As a teenager, I bought my first PS3 and later acquired a second one. Following some security concerns, I had to delete my original account. Despite using the PS3 without issues, recent updates have made it challenging to access features or create a new account. When attempting to do so with a new email address, I get stuck in a loop involving a QR code on the TV and phone. After reaching out to PlayStation through various channels, I only received automated responses without any solution. The recent updates have rendered my PS3 nearly unusable.

My home network experienced a severe malware attack that also affected my PlayStation. Despite no physical damage, the software is behaving erratically, especially with the controllers. Pairing is unsuccessful, and charging cables are being problematic. It seems the malware accessed the PS4 operating system through the network, complicating the reformatting and reloading of software. The situation is causing immense frustration as I can't restore proper functionality to the system.

I purchased a PlayStation 5 on the PlayStation Direct website. After trying to place the order, a message indicated that they couldn't process it. Yet, the payment went through each time. I attempted a second order, receiving the same message and being charged again. Consequently, I have two PlayStation 5 charges with no confirmation. Despite trying to reach customer service for a refund, it's been busy all day with no agent available. I am due a refund from PlayStation for the unauthorized charges totaling $1,[redacted].56.

I am having trouble logging into my PSN account. I have attempted to contact support for three days. Initially, the automated system indicated I would receive a callback in 15 minutes if I pressed one, but I never received a call. When I called back later, it said a wait time of 20 minutes, but after pressing one to hold in line, I still did not receive a callback. Subsequent calls have not provided any wait time information. I am frustrated and disappointed with this lack of service. If the situation does not improve, I may consider switching to Xbox.

I recently bought a PlayStation 5 and attempted to set it up yesterday.
