I filed two claims in July of **** covering * weeks of unemployment status.**The weeks covered were: week ending:*********** (Payment * ********)********** (Payment * ********)********* (Payment * ********)**The benefit paid amount was listed as a Direct Deposit of $***.** for each week respectively. I have never received this.**After a few months of waiting (assuming that this was not typical) I attempted to reach a representative without success. I was able to use the virtual chat feature, which was beneficial.**This virtual chat took place on *********. It was revealed that the records were correct, although the bank information that on file for me was INCORRECT. Money was sent, but not to me.**I was told to file a FRAUD claim, which I did. I was told to update my bank account information, which I did. It was mentioned that the FRAUD issue would take some time to resolve. **With that said, it has now been * weeks without any notification or follow up. Most importantly, I have still yet to receive benefits.**I sincerely hope that this helps move this matter up the list.
